Tim Holbrook at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall

I drove in from Huntington, WV(3 hours away) to purchase a used Jeep at another dealership in the area that I found on autotrader. The original Jeep that I was going to purchase had scratches on it and the sales rep was not honest with my wife and myself. We were both upset because it was Easter weekend and we felt like we had wasted our time and money. I called Wyler to see if they had any used 2011 Grand Cherokee with leather interior and backup cam. They had one. The sales rep was very professional and helpful. I feel terrible becuase we kept him about an hour after closing buying the car. They dealership was very fair on the price they gave me for my trade in, actually about $600 more than anyone else offered me. They also came down on the Jeep I bought. I am a younger consumer and not extremely knowledgable about buying cars. Tim and the finance manager explained everything to and my wife loves her Jeep. The interest rate I got was the same as my local Credit Union offered me. All and all it was a great expereience and will do business with them again. Thanks guys.

I had driven a Pilot, Lincoln, Range Rover Evoque---but the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder was the best value by far with many of the same features for much less money ---Better mileage and the ride was awesome. my salesman Travis Miracle was helpful and very personable. Wyler is lucky to have him. Nothing phoney about him. Faiz Tueimeh explained the working of the car in depth. Very helpful and gave a thorough tour of the facility. Jerry in financing was also pleasant to work with...Overall all round awesome experience! A++++ Highly recommend these personnel and this dealership.

Tim gave us a great price on a perfect used Dodge Journey. He stayed late to help us get the deal done, and followed up with us later to get a minor repair for the vehicle accomplished without charge. Tim, we will be back soon, I can't thank you enough.

I recently worked with Mr Holbrook to purchase a GMC Yukon. I felt he went above and beyond to make sure we were given the absolute best deal possible. Mr Holbrook went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. Anyone looking for a new or used car should pay a visit to Mr Holbrook!

I stopped by just to look-was approached by Tim-was not agressive or pushy-felt comfortable. Tim worked hard to keep me within my budget. Was a upset that I made it very clear I had "0" to put down-still had to put some down. Kept me with in budget.

I received very good customer service from keith and timothy, timothy holbrook took time out of his day when the dealership was closed i ran into him outside and i was impressed with his service i first had went to mike castrucci and it was a sunday and they were closed i ran into a salesman who seemed as if he didnt have the time to help me so i went over to jeff wyler Tim didnt have that approach he was great even tho it was after hours he took the time out of his day to get me a credit application and contacted me the next day to meet up with him to discuss the options people like that make a new name for customer service and make me proud to have chosen jeff wyler to purchase my new car. Keith Beach as well was very great and he made sure i was completely satisified with my new vehicle purchase. Hats off completely to Tim Holbrook and Keith Beach.

My wife and I found the purchasing experience to be distinguished in every aspect. From the point of contact on the internet to the initial visit and informative discussions about the Nissan Altima, the staff at Jeff Wyler Automotive in Batavia was professional and responsive to our needs. Briefly, we found a new home for sales and service through Mr. Donnellon, Mr. Hammer and everyone involved in our transation yesterday.

Having driven the new Altima on two previous occasions, we were looking for a dealership that was willing to honor our commitment to Nissan products for over 40 years and restore our confidence in the process. They truly deserve marks in the highest category in this regard.
