December 20 Avalon 2012 purchase:
My wife and I were extremely pleased with our 2008 Avalon and decided to buy a 2012 Avalon. I used the internet and USAA Buying Service to research and compare dealers and pricing.
I have always placed buying a new car on the same level as going to the dentist and having all my wisdom teeth pulled! My initial contact with Heyward Allen was by the Internet Manager, Eli Reeves. Eli was competent and professional and thoroughly answered all my concerns with no pressure to buy a car. It was uncomplicated to arrange the purchase of exactly what my wife wanted which in turn made me happy!
Upon arriving at Heyward Allen we were greeted and then introduced to Eli. Eli introduced us to Tim Jump, not a short guy, who assisted in the delivery of our car. A thorough and unhurried delivery was made with all questions answered. We were then introduced to a friendly John Dispoto, the Business Manager, who didn't pull any teeth but readily accepted my check.
The facility at Heyward Allen and the competent, friendly and professional employees made our car buying experience the best we have ever experienced. It was worth the 200 mile drive we made.
