I have been completely satisfied with my three visits to Walker Ford over the past year, the first being a problem with my 2010 Taurus which was a sensor that was in warrantee. The next two visits were schedule oil changes and checkups as recommended in the owners manual and was very much taken with the pride shown by the employees that I came in contact with during those visits so much that I made the purchased of my new 2013 Taurus. Thats when I had the opportunity to meet and purchase the car from one of the newer sales staff Ron Loudenslager his knowledge of the Ford line of products was a fine example of fine man working for a great dealership, with one of America's best built, and more importantly dealer backed products.
I have been very lucky with my Ford dealers over the past 15 years with Marcotte of Holyoke, MA and their recommendation of Walker of Clearwater, FL again a family own and operated dealer as was Marcotte of MA Ford has a winning product because of the commitment of these family operation as well as the families given back to their communities.

This was my 3rd new vehicle purchase from Walker Ford, I've come to expect nothing but the best from you guys. This experience was no different. We were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Jim was outstanding and should be the face of Walker Ford. Tim sold me my last vehicle (F250), and was just as great as I remembered. I really appreciated the time he spent with me in finalizing this purchase. Harry was great as well!!

I gave this dealership a Great rating because my experience with the sales person and the finance/business manager was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, patient and the overall experience was terrific. There was no pressure and I was able to buy the car quickly. I felt like my business was important to them not the other way around which, unfortunately, is too often the case at other businesses.

have been using this dealership as a matter of conveinence to have my Ford F-150 serviced. I have been watching for the 2013 Ford Fusion to hit the showroom, last time through they had the new Titanium on the floor. didnt want to deal with the high pressure sales strategy, your team gave me what I wanted and needed along with tradinging in my 2012 F150, bought the Titanium off the floor. they were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient getting the deal done. Vic and Tim did a great job taking care of me. We are looking for a second Titanium in the next few months, will be sure to come back here and purchase. We will also continue to use the service center for their professional atitudes and work.

Ralph and Tim were very helpful in helping my husband and I to find a new car. Not only were they patient and professional, but they were very knowledgeable about their inventory. They worked hard to fulfill our needs and it was a pleasant experience for us.

David Manning is the exact opposite of what poor customer relations is all about. He has been truthful in all communications with me. It is refreshing to work with someone who figures out what I want and places a product in front of me that matches my expectations without trying to sell me something I do not want.

I think Denise Newman does a superb job of presenting information about after-purchase products without a "hard sell" routine. Information is always useful without being pressured into buying something I did not want.

Bret Hughes did a great job of wrapping up the financial end of the deal - even saving us a couple of dollars by finding a better interest rate (beating our credit union). He did a great job of keeping the business part of the process moving along without bogging it down with useless sales presentations.

Tim Katt has done a great job of empowering the team to get the job done and ensuring the team remains upbeat and friendly at all times. It is great to work with a dealership where the sales team does not have to constantly "run back for a manager's approval" on every single item being discussed.

Overall, this is the type of service I truly appreciate. It is worth the drive across the "bay" to get this kind of service. I will keep coming back for this experience.
