Tim got me in for a mechanical repair on short notice, and out again very quickly. This was important because I was in town for only that day and had to have the truck. They also gave me a loaner at no charge.

I understand how busy everybody is at Long MacArthur but they still get the job done properly. They still have the time to listen to all concerns and handle them professionally. There is no reason to go any place else!

We brought a vehicle in with the intent to fix, with a huge repair needed, we elected to look into buying a new car. We were pointed to Michaels' direction.

He was great to work with, friendly and fun. We tried a couple of cars and made a decision. They worked with us to get the price we needed.

I love their guarentee when buying a vehicle with them. I felt very comfortable buying a car (not usually the case for me) and have had a follow up phone call to make sure I was still happy. Probably the best experience I have had.

We had an issue with our high milage auto and Tim helped us understand what was wrong and Steve put us in a new Fusion at a very fair price. Very Happy with the service there
