Buying a car at Joyce Koons Honda was a terrific experience. Eugene was friendly, professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the Accord that I bought. Eugene listened very well to my questions and provided thorough responses. Eugene met with me 5 times while I was car shopping, letting me test drive several different models, several times each! Once I decided what I wanted, the Koons staff found the car I was looking for at another dealership and brought it to Manassas for me. I was also impressed with the efficient manner that Tim processed all of the paperwork. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was wonderful to work with. I am a happy customer!

I was referred by a friend and from my initial meeting with Mr. Stohlman, to my work with Mike Ausden, to my assistance from Ms. Barbe to the paperwork drill with Mr. Rowan, the experience was excellent. Professional, polite, and knowledgeable are all words that apply to each person with whom I dealt. I will definitely (and have already) recommend this dealership to friends and acquaintances who are looking for a new or used vehicle. Oh, and the price for the vehicle was excellent as well! A great value for the money.

I highly recommend John Simmons and the Joyce Koons Team. They are efficient and most important they operate with integrity. I have purchased two cars from John Simmons in the past nine monts. He is not only the most professional salesman I have worked with in the past 40 years of buying cars, but he followed up each time to make sure that the vehicle is meeting my needs after I left the dealership.The entire Koon's dealership, Credit Managers, Service Department Advisors are responsive and they make the car buying and Service experience positive and I will certainly return to buy my next car from John Simmons and the Joyce koons TEAM. I never thought that I would ever leave a car dealer with a good experience. Past experiences have been with overly aggressive sales and bullish Finance representatives; a lot of half lies and misstatements. Amazingly, my experience with John Simmons was unexpectedly pleasant. He assisted me with the up most professionalism. He was polite and helpful, providing me with answers to my questions and quick to assist in my purchasing needs. I live in Maryland and purchased with Mr. Simmons and Mr. Rowan in Finance, mostly, for the exceptional customer service and great financing Mr. Rowan secured, beating all previous rates I shopped.

My family and I have been loyal customers for aver 10 years. We have found the Joyce Koons Honda Family, honest, caring and going over and beyond expectations. We have three Honda currently and are ver satisiftied. I have worked with numerous staff in sales, finance and service and will continue coming back. I have one daughter coming of age and will be looking to get her first car from Joyce Koons Honda.

Honda saved my son's life this year. He had been in an accident where he blacked out and went off a 50 foot emakajment and the car was totaled. Because of the powers that be and the well made car-side air bags, steel construction he was able to walk away from the hospital with minor injures to his shoulder wrist and knee. I am very very thankful for the support Honda has given that allowed us to purchase such a great reliable car. There was no question where we would by his replacement car JOYCE KOON HONDA.

I have recomended friends to the site and rave about the care and commitment to excellence found through out the departments. I have included staff I have directly been involved with but have no doubt all staff carry the values that make JOYCE KOONS asuccess in the mind of myself and several family members.

I have just purchased my 6th vehicle from Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas. They make the buying and ownership process a pleasure.
