TJ was great in every way,we explained our situation and he did everything to make sure we were happy. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us on couple of different options.We left very happy and will be back to see TJ again in the spring,we recomend him highly to anyone looking at getting a great overall deal on a great used car.

I went shopping on-line last week for a late model used car to replace an aging family car, and I knew pretty well what I was looking for. TJ and I exchanged a few emails and phone calls to narrow down my search, and we set a time to meet for a test drive. Friendly and personable with a laid back style that told me this wasn't going to be a high pressure experience, TJ and I talked cars and families on that test drive. As my wife would be the primary driver of this car, she and I both came back for another test drive the next day, and TJ graciously made his schedule fit ours. We decided that day that this immaculate Camry was the one, and TJ gave us a really great price on it. He and his boss also gave us a very fair price on our trade-in, a minivan that had seen better days! TJ was respectful and courteous throughout the entire process, and it was a pleasure getting to know him. I am thoroughly impressed with the experience at Schoepp Motors.

TJ was incredibly helpful. When we found that the car I initially was interested in wasn't going to work, he hunted around to get an even bette replacement. In addition to TJ, all of the additional salesmen, financial people, and service people I ran into were very pleasant. I will definitely be a return customer.

We purchased a used car with TJ just last week. I saw the vehicle online and could not get there for a couple of days to test drive it. TJ kept on touch with me with any questions that I had including if we were a trading in anything or if we needed financing. The car did not disappoint us, it was cleaned and everything that they showed online. We truly felt that he wanted to help us get that car or would find one that would work. We felt like he cared on a personal level, never once felt pressured to buy and really enjoyed getting to know him. Thank you TJ and the rest if the friendly staff at the truck dealership.

I did a little research when looking for a vehicle. I found the car that I wanted online at Schoepp Motors. I put in my trade-in and waited for a response. Less than an hour later, I was talking to TJ. That was a Wednesday, and after crunching some numbers over the phone on Thursday, he said everything was looking good. I ended up selling my truck to a private party on Friday. Saturday, upon arriving at Schoepp Motors, everybody was so friendly to me. TJ had everything done, all I had to do is sign my name and I drove home in my 2008 Impala. It was a great buying experience and I would suggest anyone to make the drive to Schoepp Motors, they make it worth your while! PS- I drove from La Crosse, WI. Great Job TJ and all the employees that helped us that day!

Schoepp motors is THE best place to get a car in town, thanks to them i now own my very first vehicle and i am obsessed with my 2007 Ford Escape now. i give them a 5/5 on almost everything because of their amazing customer service. their staff is some of the best ive ever came across, friendly, nice and just good people. they made sure i had a good, safe and affordable car. i would recommend this car dealership to anyone who wants a good, durable, safe car and is willing to save some cash. they are very easy to work with and make sure you get exactly what you need! ....VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE!!! :)

AS you can see by the ratings above I was very pleased with the overall experience when buying my ford fusion. The only misleading information I received is that it was verbalized to me that upon purchase of the vehicle I would recieve free oil changes for a year. As a coach and recruiter I travel a lot and that was a major factor on the decision to buy the car. I just recently went in for an oil change believing in to be free and they told me I have used up my 3 free ones. This was only 9 months into the purchase of the care and I believe I was mislead. Other than that all was good to great.

I purchased a vehicle on 5/14 for my teenage daughter. As a parent, you want to make sure what you choose is a good safe vehicle…no surprises. I was lucky enough to have had TJ Magestro help me select the right vehicle. He was outstanding on every level. TJ was very personable, honest and committed to customer service. I would highly recommend him. I know that TJ will be there to help me in the future as he has a long history in the auto industry. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to Doug Johnson, sales manager at Schoepp. He made sure that my transaction was flawless. Kudos to both employees.
