My Review of National Car Sales:
My husband I were looking for a used car to take the place of the one we had. I looked on the internet and found a car that I thought looked nice and my husband liked the price. We decided to go look on Saturday January 9. Mind you we were just going on a looking tour. We were not expecting to purchase a car on that trip. When we got to National Car Sales we were greeted by Tim Trump. It was VERY cold that day and when I told Tim that I had seen a car on the internet he invited us in to look for that one instead of going through the lot. I really appreciated that idea. When he found the car on the internet he went out to the lot and brought it into the shop area so we could look at it out of the cold. Again, a very nice gesture! We liked the look so we took the car out for a test drive. The car was very nice and handled quite well. After the trip we went in and talked with Tim about what it would cost to get the car. I told him we couldn't get the car that day because it would take me hours to get all the equipment out of my car because I am a traveling teacher. We left with a handshake offer to buy the car.
On Monday January 11 we returned and purchased the car dealing with Mr. Howard. This was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had in purchasing a car. He was very good at explaining everything that needed to be done and did not try to pressure us into buying extra items.
I have never been with my husband on a car shopping trip where he said lets buy the first one we saw. It usually takes him days or weeks of looking. The people at National Car sales were excellent to deal with and really made him feel good. He has since told several people that they needed to go check the place when they need a different car.
We are planning on using National Car Sales in the future if more vechicles are needed! It is clean, friendly and no pressure. Old fashioned values and traditions, something that is great to encounter in today's busy, crazy world.
