I went to Paramount Kia thinking I was wasting my time because there was no way I was going to be able to afford this vehicle. I was wrong. Dave Estes, Tim Whitener, and Jim Moir were all great to work with and made me a much better deal than I ever expected with no hassle. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and it's the first place I plan to look when it's time to buy my next vehicle.

I stopped by the delaership for an oil change in my Sportage and was looking at the new vehicles. Ted Keener walked up and introduced himself and told me all about the new Soul that I was looking at, I was very impressed with his product knowledge and expertise. I had already researched the vehicle but hadn't yet made up my mind on purchasing one. Ted did an excellent job and was most courteous when we went for the test drive, he took me thru the service dept., and also the garage area, and detailing. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to my friends.Thank you.

I had a very good experience purchasing my car from Paramount Kia of Hickory. Tim Whitener, my salesperson, was personable, extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional. I have not purchased a new car in 11 years and in some ways dreaded the experience. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of entire process. I would recommend Paramount Kia to a friend as well as encouraging them to deal with Tim Whitener.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! We traded our Kia Sedona for a Kia Forte. Everyone was so nice and VERY LOW pressure - Tim Whitener was super nice and answered all our questions. Everything went smooth and we walked out of the dealership knowing we got the best deal ever! I WILL recommend Paramount Auto to everyone!

I am going to have a baby in January and now I feel safe knowing my baby will be in my kia soul whichif I remember hearing correctly Tim said was one the top safety rated cars in America. thank you foreverything.

My Review of Paramount Kia Hickory:
On April 7, 2011 my husband and I drove to Hickory to look at vehicles. I had looked online at Kia Souls and similar vehicles. We started off going to Carmax first and looked at several used vehicles. We then test drove a Nissan Cube. We were not planning on buying that day. We decided that we would drive to the Kia dealership and test drive a Soul. I was not intending to buy that day. I hate pushy salespeople to be honest and that is what I am used to at car dealerships. I was with my husband when he bought both his new trucks and it was not pleasant. This time I was very pleased. When Tim came out, he was not pushy. He gave us time to look and ask questions. He took us for a test drive and I was very pleased with all the information that he gave us. When we got back from the test drive, he asked us if we were interested in trading our vehicle and said he could do a quick appraisal, no more than 15 minutes. He was right. It was around 15 minutes and he had a quote of what we could buy the car for and what they would give us for ours. We were very happy with the offer made on our car. It was higher than KBB and a bit higher than another offer we had been made. We decided to buy! He then showed us all the features our new car had and made sure we knew what we were getting. He was great! I would not hesitate to recommend Paramount Kia and I would especially recommend Tim Whitener as a salesperson.

My Review of Paramount Kia Hickory:
I had gone to another Kia dealer and these guys helped me see that I had been offered a LX with added extras that was much more expensive than the SX they had for me at a much better price. Sadly, it was sold the day before I got there so they found me one similar to the one I had seen online and sent someone to get it for me, I had it in a few days. This one had a few more extras on it even...that's the Lord for ya :)! I had studied allot online, but still had to trust that they would help me get down to the payment that I needed and they did work with me. I am delighted with my car and have offered to take a friend there in the next month to see if she can find a vehicle!
THeir website really helped me as I studied and looked for the car that I wanted!!!
