Since I purchased this 21 Explorer ST in December 2020, I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with HASSETT FORD. I recommend them unconditionally!! Frank was the service advisor for my first oil chan have had nothing but pleasant interactions with HASSETT FORD. I recommend them unconditionally!! Frank was the service advisor for my first oil change and he was professional , polite and thorough. He is excellent. Jimmy was the tech that checked me in at the gate and he was friendly and efficient. A great experience, one that makes me feel I made a good choice not only buying an awesome Explorer ST but an equally good choice of a terrific dealership. HASSETT!!! More
