My Review Of OC Nissan Irvine:

I have been a long time customer of OC Nissan, Irvine. Everytime I come into OC Nissan, Irvine I feel important. The staff make you feel special and important. I have my cars serviced at OC Nissan and the staff in the Service Department, especially Todd Klenz are very professional, informative, and CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. The customer service department goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and they appreciate your business. I do not feel pressured with the sales and finance departments, and always feel like I am a special customer when i visit the dealership.

My Review Of OC Nissan Irvine:

I had a great experience with Todd in the service department. My wife set up the appointment and I was greeted by Todd when I pulled up to the service center. He took great care of me and I was in and out under an hour. He made the whole experience easy and when we need to service our truck in the future, I hope that Todd will be there for us. I usually go to a private mechanic, but I will be contacting Todd next time we need to take care of something. Take Care!

My Review Of OC Nissan Irvine:

I came into OC Nissan late in the evening and wasn't expecting to leave with a brand new car! I had done my research and was definitely interested in the 2011 2door Altima but didn't think I could possibly leave with what I wanted!?

Perry was wonderful to work with and made my experience at OC Nissan such a positive one that I would recommend him to my friends and family. He was very personable and willing to do whatever he could to make me happy and satisfied with my new 2011 Altima. I truly appreciated the special attention when reviewing all that the car had to offer in accessories. This is the first time that I have had such a detailed overview by any sales person at any dealership. He did a wonderful job explaining all the tools and was very knowledgable and patient.


I would highly recommend Perry and the OC Nissan team!
