Todd Thiede at Elmhurst Toyota

Wonderful experience, Alex was super! Very perceptive and helpful. I came in three times, once to see the Prius, back to purchase when I decided what features I wanted and lastly to go over the finer operating points. Alex was great on all occations, really helped me by explaining the vehicle and how it works, going over all the options and model differences. Being a single woman out looking for a vehicle, I really appreciate the low key, no pressure expericence. Alex is a trememdous asset to this dealership, can not say enough good about dealing with him. I came back after the sale for Alex to go over the features on the vehicle since we closed the dealership the night before. He spent a great deal of time, setting up my first service appointment (6 months out & complentary) and going over, setting and explaining the features in the vehicle also letting me know he was there with any questions I would have later. When I went to finance, Todd again was great to deal with, again low key, no pressure exprience. Lots of forms to sign but Todd whipped through them in record time.

From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles and felt very comfortable as everyone was very helpful or willing to help. There was no pressure involved, but each individual we spoke with was extremely knowledgeable about their cars and the dealership. This was the first Hybrid that we purchased and we were not familiar with the technology. As we spoke to individuals at the dealership they explained the vehicle in easy terms and with personal anecdotes and experiences. After the paperwork was filled out and finances were finished, I was really surprised at the level of commitment of our sales person Aleksandar Knezevic. The dealership closed at 9:00pm and he stayed around until 9:45 explaining each of the vehicles features until I was satisfied and comfortable with the car. I will look forward to my next visit and car purchase at this dealer.

Alex made us feel like one of the family while paperwork was being done. Todd remembered us from 1 1/2yrs ago when our son's girlfriend purchased her vechile from this same dealership.

I very impressed when we first entered the showroom while looking for a car with our daughter. We were greeted promptly and courteously. We told Justyna Kwiatkowska what we were looking for and she thoroughly explained what was available. There was no pressure to look at or upgrade to another model, she listened to what we had to say and showed us what we wanted. When our daughter had chosen the car she was looking for, Justyna explained about financing and offered her the college discount. To say the least the pricing was spot on when it came to the budget our daughter had made for herself. We also met with Todd Tiede who also thoroughly explained the financing and all the paperwork every step of the way. He told us about the options available for extended services and warranties and when we chose a particular service level, again there was no attempting to push us into a higher level, he accepted our decision without hesitation. We were then taken to the service department where we spoke to Tommy Mulak who explained to us about the service department and the complimentary services we would receive as well as service beyond that point. Afterward, Justyna took our daughter to her car and explained the vehicles systems and helped her set up the Bluetooth. This process took some time, but it was very thorough and no stone was left unturned. We never felt rushed and needless to say our daughter walked away very satisfied. She was so satisfied that my wife and returned the following day and bought a car from Justyna. We had the same pleasant experience as we had the day before but instead of Todd and Tommy, we had the privilege of working with Mike Hackett and Casey Lewis. Because we felt so comfortable with the dealership and the people we met, including the cleanliness of the service department and dealership overall, we will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to our friends, families and neighbors, who knows, we'll probably be buying another car here next year when our next daughter graduates college!!!!

We had visited another Toyota dealership in the area and a Nissan dealership. There is no comparison between those dealers and Elmhurst. We knew we would come back to this one because it was a pleasant experience upon entering. We were greeted by a nice lady and not bombarded with sales people. We spoke a nice sales person by the name of Steven Salidas who helped us and treated us respectfully. I can truly say that everyone that worked here was over the top. The porters,service tech, finance director, you name it and they were friendly and answered any questions that we may have had.
Steven Salidas was our sales associate and could not have been more helpful, respectful and personable with our transaction.
I am not an actor and was not paid to write this review, just a happy customer and wanted others to share our experience. Five stars to Steven !

Casey Lewis is a magnificent Toyota employee. We've worked with him since Oct 2007 with only compliments. He is professional, dependable and pleasant personality. There is never a question he can not answer. We trust his opinion and expertise.

Omar Sherief was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very concerned about making certain that we were happy with our purchase.

Our overall experience was very good and we would recommend Elmhurst Toyota in the future!

We bought a minivan from Elmhurst Toyota a few nights ago. Everyone from the salesman, manager and the finance guy were incredibly helpful, honest, generous and friendly. We brought our three kids along and they all shook their hands, too, at the end of our transaction. It is a beautiful and well-managed location. My husband drives hard for a bargain and he was treated with respect, patience with all his questions and every time he asked, they "gave" a little on the price. At all dealerships prior, they would quote us their "internet price" and then not budge a nickel. Highly recommended!!

I visited Elmhurst Toyota to look for a Toyota FJ and was immediately struck by the overall appearance of the dealership. My first contact upon entering the facility was with Eddie Acosta and he was both polite and helpful in my search. Eddie arranged for me and my wife to test drive our chosen vehicle and we never felt pressured to make a decision.
The buying experience was equally painless and the ngotiations were very professionally handled with Eddie and Vladimir Rikhman. We were able to settle on a price and did not feel that we were taken advantage of.
For the final phase of our purchase we came into contact with Todd Thiede, Finance Manager and yet again we were made comfortable with our agreement as Todd took the time to explain everthing that we were signing and committing to.
Overall I would highly recommend Elmhurst Toyota and we will definitely consider them first should we be looking for another Toyota (this latest one being our 7th).

My car buying experience was the best ever experienced. The competitive price offered via the internet let to an honest low pressure follow up at this wonderful dealer. John Williams was sensational in holding to exactly what I wanted, maintaining the competitive price, and even getting the car from a neighboring state when the exact model was not in stock - at NO additional charge. Todd Thiede in the financial final stages was wonderfully efficient, clear, friendly and helpful.I can't say enough to laud John and Todd for their professionalism and personality. And the environs of Elmhurst Toyota is unusually inviting and as comfortable as one can imagine that transcends to their new car and service staff. This is the place!

I’d like to compliment and thank Omar Sherief for his excellent service he provided our family on our now second purchase from Elmhurst Toyota. We were looking for a vehicle that can accommodate more comfortably our growing family and he was able to provide the perfect solution for us—a Highlander—that we absolutely love! Omar took the time to explain (in detail) to my husband and I all the bells and whistles on the new truck, with such patience.
