He was great to communicate with us regarding the car that needed a great deal of repairs,’He mentioned we which need tires, and my husband said,” go ahead ahead replace the tires””. .Tom replied, just wait until we look everything over and figure out what you want to get repaired. They exceeded expectations and getting the job done. We have a 2008 Lexus LS which is a great car. The car 2008 Lexus LS is old but I use it mainly for my errands during fair weather days, Due to the fact , in the winter it has rear wheel drive. I would give Lexus of Wayzata a number 10. I also told friends what a great job well done!. Tom could not have been more understanding and great to keep us informed. He gave me a very lovely car to drive while mine was being repaired. The cost of repairs was near $5000 along with the tires included but at this time in my life I can’t buy a car for 5000..Sometime in my future we will
purchase a newer SUV Lexus. We will use this one until the time is right , Thank you ,Tom
