My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
Sales staff and sales experience were great. I am a very methodical buyer and I worked with Ahmed on the purchase of a 2012 MDX for several months. Ahmed was professional, friendly, and worked very hard to meet my purchase requirements. Mike Papadakis was also very helpful in closing the deal and in making sure the car was prepped and ready when I needed it.

So far its been a great experience.

My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
Our interactions with everyone at the dealership were excellent, starting from the salesperson Ahmed to his manger Mike, then Frank and the finance guy, Phil. Starting from the test drive (we leased an MDX) to the final signatures on the papers, the entire process was very smooth. In fact, we had almost finalized a deal with another Acura dealership but decided to come back to Precision due to Ahmed's better offer and the flexibility they showed in handling our case with the bank (ours was a little complicated due to our immigration status but Precision managed to get all approvals in time without causing us any frustration or wasting too much time).

Overall, a great experience in terms of quality of people and service; hoping that the car is also that great and we keep coming back to Precision for future purchases.

It all started from the Internet Price quote,with Jacqui Perry and the professionalism continued to Michael Papadakis.They handled the entire experience like complete professionals who had nothing short of Extreme concern for my Purchase.The Attitude of everyone in the dealership was family oriented.My family was completely comfortable and the employees were well versed in their jobs.The Total experience was smooth and painless.I felt absolutely no pressure as most dealerships display.I will recommend them with complete confidence.

My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
Sam was a gentleman to deal with. After going through several dealerships (non-acura and acura) I would place my experience with Precision near-top of a very skewed list. When I say skewed, I mean if precision was a 8/10 in overall, the rest were near the 2/10. Mostly due to behavior of the sales person, or the manager. We have thus far walked out of 4 dealerships because of rude behavior. It is amazing how rude these people are when you think they are looking for your business in a lagging economy.

I think the clincher to me in this case was that when I asked for a good final price and told him that we were not into haggling and also not into looking for a "steal" and a reasonable price would be a good one, Sam offered an outstanding price that was quite a bit better than all the other offers I'd gotten thus far.

He and the manager Mike and the finance person Phil, made the experience very courteous, fair, honest and easy.

I would definitely go here again for another acura if I were to buy one.

I would recomend Precision Acura to my friends and families. The service was up to par. Jacqui was very helpful, knowlegeable and friendly. She corresponds with my email in a timely manner. James, Tom and Eric delevered superb service to us. They know that my husband needed to be out of there by certain time and they speed up the process of sealing up the deal. Not only they are knowlegeable about the vehecle, they are also friendly and hospitable. James took time to show us the MDX and accompanied us during the test drive. He knows everything and anything there is to know about the vehicle. Love starbucks coffee while we were waiting. My husband and I were really pleased about the excellent service. I drove home happy with my new Acura MDX the same day!

We would recommend this dealership for both sales and service. The service department is always helpful and courteous. We have been customers for over 20 years and would not keep returning if we were not satisfied with the dealership and its personnel. The sales department has helped us select the best car to fit our needs. Everyone was helpful and courteous and followed up after each sale to make sure we were satisfied.

My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
Looking for a certified MDX I called a few dealers but only Precision Acura got back to me in a reasonable time period. I made an appointment and was courteously met by Sammy Nain who helped me to narrow my choice to a spotless 08 with Navigation and low miles. Every employee I met smiled and asked me if I needed assistance. I felt very comfortable.
We couldn't come to an agreement on price so I walked out a little disappointed but Sammy told me not to worry. The next morning I n received an e-mail from Tom G to thank me for stopping in and to find out if he could help work out a mutually agreeable price. I gave him my parameters.
I was getting ready to visit other dealers when I received a call from Sam that Tom had intervened and came within $200 of my ideal price. I agreed to the price I explained that I wouldn't be able to pick up the car until Friday because I had no ride they offered to pick me up at home 45 minutes away.
I picked up my car and it was spotless with a full tank of gas. Two friends are headed there next weekend to buy cars I can't say enough about the service I received. This is the way to sell cars. Seamless, fair and transparent

We just leased a new Acura MDX (3rd vehicle from this dealer) and this was an extremely pleasant experience. The gentlemen we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The entire experience was great from the time we walked into the dealership until we drove out in our new car. They were upfront about how much time each step of the process would take and willing to go above and beyond, going as far as hooking up the blue tooth in the car. They were thorough and gave great attention to detail. On one of the hottest days of the year, they remained pleasant, brought us cold water and maintained a sense of humor. We are confident that we will be driving vehicles from this delaer for many years to come...
