Tom Jones is by far the best service writer I've run into in years. He is friendly, knowledgable, honest. He takes care of the current maintenance requirement and never forgets to mention what the next scheduled item should be. It's great being able to trust your "mechanic".

First class Dealership and employees. Never a hastle buying a vehicle or having service work done. have been buying new vehicles at Hardy since 1982 and have never had a bad experiance. I always recommend them to my friends.

My experience with Hardy Chevrolet Service over a number of years has demonstrated your desire for honesty and a straight-forward approach to taking care of my needs. When I was forced by other circumstances to purchase a vehicle, I felt that I could not in good conscience go elsewhere. The team of employees in Service and the Collision Center earned that for your dealership.

In talking with Rick Davis and Terry Wyatt, I found the same patience in dealing with my apprehensions at taking on this level of financial responsibility, and in choosing the correct vehicle to fit my long-term needs. Over a period of almost two weks, both gentlemen spent hours with me (and on the day I made the purchase, almost six hours) answering my many questions patiently and completely.

During that period of time, I met and talked with several of your employees that I had not previously met. All of them - including Mr. Charles Hardy - made me feel welcome and that they were there to serve my needs, not just to sell me a vehicle.

Hardy Chevrolet deserves the top ratings in each of the categories above because of its employees' desire to help the customer obtain what he needs, not what they want to sell. I have been very pleased to meet and work with everyone I have met at Hardy's, and I have felt more like a friend than a customer because of the years of fine service you have given me.

Due to our credit history, my husband and I were initially looking at used cars. Imagine our surprise when we were able to get a NEW car at a decent price! Words can not express the feelings I have when I get into my NEW Equinox everyday. Security, great gas mileage and a payment that doesn't brake me is OUTSTANDING! I will never buy another car from anyone but Hardy! Kudos to all!

My wife and I have been "Hardy's Customers" for many, many years now. We can't remember exactly how many cars and truck we have bought from Billy Barnett, but we have always felt like we were being treated fairly and were being given the full, honest opinion of a good and decent man. Billy has never made us feel like we were being taken advantage of.
I have included Tom Jones on this survey because, although we did not have any service done on a vehicle during this visit, we always try to make sure Tom is our service advisor ofor all our vehicles, and Tom rates right up there with Billy for honesty, friendliness and poduct knowledge.
'Mr. Charles' has two fine employees in Billy Barnett and Tom Jones. They are the main reasons we keep coming back, year after year.

From day one we were treated with respect and no hassle what so ever. I did not buy from another local dealer because of them hassling me when asked not to. Customers want to feel like the salesman are trying hard to please, but should know when to back off.The salesman at Hardy's were very knowledgeable about their business. I would recommend others to shop there for there next GM purchase.

Truly exceptional customer service. Tom went to bat for me with GM to get a repair covered by warranty (after the warranty expired) that would have otherwise been quite expensive. This was an issue that was initially addressed during the warranty period but not resolved until now, after GM had developed a fix. Kudos to Tom and Hardy GMC for going the extra mile to get this resolved, and also to GM for standing behind their products. Thank you! Thank you! I will most definitely recommend HARDY GMC and Tom for exceeding my expectations.

I can not begin to show my appreciation for this dealership. Since moving to this area I have purchased 3 new vehicles from them. I have also had all service on the vehicles done by them, while I owned them. Both while purchasing and while having service done, I have been treated fairly and with courtesy. The quality of the service alone was enough to keep me coming back.

Service dept. is the best around. Very friendly people. Tom Jones has been my service writer for 14 years. I have been a Hardy customer for 14 years. In this day and age you need to go to people you can depend on for honesty and integrity and that is what the Hardy dealerships are about. I not only go there for service but I purchase my vehicles from there. When Charles says "We Love You And Need You" he actually means it.

The guys in the service department are always very helpful with any problem I seem to be having with my vehicle.
I have been a loyal Hardy's customer since the early 1990's and will continue to be, as long as I am treated the way I have been in the past.

The Hardy Boys are great to work with!
