Tom put me at ease after visiting several other dealerships. He was polite, courteous, avoided being pushy and even laughed at my jokes! Although he couldn't manage to throw in space blasters or light sabers to sweeten the deal, he did go above and beyond in helping me select the right car for me despite the long list of things I wanted in one vehicle. He was patient with me despite having had a very long day, and I truly enjoyed the experience. I look forward to pestering him whenever I return for service trips. He won five billion cool points for not telling me "You need a man to help you", five hundred cool points for letting me drive the golf cart as we looked at potentials, and 5 cool points for putting up with my wild ginger ADD. I Love my new car, and I loved working with Tom at Jeff Wyler Toyota! John, in finance, was pretty swell, too. Thanks for making my first "big shiny new(ish) car" purchase so much fun and making me feel like part of the team :D I'll be back for the Christmas party guys! :D

We had a wonderful experience with Tom Schreier. He was very professional and very friendly. I feel as if he went "above and beyond" to make us feel comfortable in our buying experience.

I would also like to mention how I feel like he really cared. He talked a lot about his family and his children and since I lost my dad 3 years ago (and he was unable of that), he really made me feel like he was a "dad looking out for his daughter."

We had a wonderful experience :)

It was a great experience for a first time buyer. Tom contacted me first by email. He was very personable. The pricing for the vehicle he had given me via email matched what he gave me when I came in minus the couple of rebates he found for me when I came in. He was very patient and not at all pushy, which I greatly appreciated. I will come back in the future. Great Job!

We contacted this dealer via the internet and received a very prompt response (vs. the other dealer we contacted). Tim gave a direct and fair price which included all the car options and disclosed all fees (taxes, license, doc fees). I appreciate the transparency; this continued on our in person visit to the dealership. Tom Schreier was friendly and most importantly genuine (not "sales-ly"). The price we arrived at for the trade and and the purchase of the new RAV4 was fair and we look forward to getting the car serviced here and hopefully buying our next vehicle here.

After doing some research, I found an excellent price on the car that I was interested in on Cars.com. Next, I called and spoke with Tim Patillo, the Internet Sales Manager, who quoted me the on the road price for the car. He promptly answered several questions over a few days and was very helpful. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately and Tim came out of his office to meet me as soon as he was alerted that I was there. He introduced me to salesman Tom Schreier who was also very pleasant, cooperative and patient. Tom explained the vehicle to me in detail for the test drive. When we returned to the dealership, I was shown the paperwork and the price and details I had been quoted by email were exactly the same. Well, actually they were not the same because that day there was a new factory rebate which lowered the price of the car by $1,000. Because Tim had gotten information for the necessary sales paperwork from me before I arrived, the entire transaction was quick and painless. It took less than two hours after I arrived at the dealership before I was driving off in my brand new vehicle. Tim and Tom were great to work with. Tom assured me that if I ever needed anything or had any problem to call him first and would facilitate a resolution even though I live over an hour away from this dealship.


This is the third time that I have dealt with a Jeff Wyler dealership and every time it has been a very good experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Jeff Wyler Clarksville Toyota. I found a deal on the internet and they responded immediately (they must have people working around the clock there). I saw the vehicle within a couple of hours. It was raining cats and dogs and they brought the car inside for me. We took a test drive; great idea in the rain by the way. I had my 2 year old with me and they made him very comfortable. Several of the guys helped watch him while I conducted business. We were able to negotiate a good, fair deal and I drove away in my new minivan within a few hours! Yipee for me. I'll definitely go back there for my next car. I also got a $25 gift card in the mail and a box of Chocolate chip cookies. AWESOME!!! And, a sales tax refund check in the mail. I'm telling you, you can't beat that!

I FOUND MY MIATA ON LINE AND JEFF WYLER'S AND SENT A BRIEF EMAIL ON A COUPLE OF THINGS I WAS CONCERNED WITH.TOM SCHREIER RESPONDED AND SAID HE COULD MEET ME ANYTIME TO LOOK AT THE CAR. I WORK TWO JOBS BUT SAID I WOULD BE IN ON FRIDAY IF THE CAR WAS STILL THERE. TOM SAID HE WOULD WORK AROUND WHATERVER HOURS I NEEDED. HE WAS NOT PUSHY AND DID NOT EMAIL OR CALL ALL WEEK PESTERING ME ABOUT THE CAR. ON FRIDAY THE CAR HAD BEEN PULLED TO THE FRONT DOOR AND TOM HAD THE KEYS READY FOR A TEST DRIVE WITH NO WAITING. TOM WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO TALK WITH. AFTER THE TEST DRIVE I TOLD HIM I WAS WAITING A WEEK ON A BONUS CHECK TO USE AS DOWNPAYMENT. HE ONLY ASKED IF I NEED ANY OTHER INFORMATION ON THE CAR AND DID PULL WHAT HISTORY HE COULD FIND ON THE CAR. THE CARFAX WAS INCLUDED WITH THE ONLINE AD. I DECIDED ON THE CAR OVER NIGHT AND PUT A DEPOSIT ON THE CAR TILL THE BONUS CHECK CAME IN. BOTH TRIPS TO THE DEALER WERE WITH NO PRESSURE AND VERY RELAXING COMPARED TO SOME STORIES YOU HEAR ON USED CAR SALES. THE DEALERSHIP WAS VERY BUSY BOTH DAYS BUT ALL CUSTOMERS WERE BEING TREATED WELL WITH A FRIENDLY STAFF ALWAYS ASKING IF YOU WANTED ANYTHING TO DRINK. THE DEALERSHIP HAS A SPECIAL TV LOUNGE AREA FOR WAITING FOR SERVICE AND AN ENCLOSED CHILD PLAY AREA SO PARENTS CAN CONCENTRATE ON THE BUSINESS DEALS. TOM HAD MY CAR CLEANED UP A SECOND TIME ON THE DAY I PICKED IT UP AND IT WAS NO TIME BEFORE I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. I WOULD RECOMMEND TOM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GOOD SALES EXPERIENCE WITH A FRIENDLY FACE.I WOULD RATE HIM A 10 OUT OF A POSSIBLE 5 ! VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THE OLD MAN GOT HIS MIATA AND I MET A GOOD SALESMAN AT THE SAME TIME

Pam & I would like to take this opportunity to highly commend your salesman Tom Schreier in our latest purchase of a new 2012 Camry Hybrid. This Toyota is our fourth new car purchase from Jeff Wyler of Clarksville over the years. We started out with Tom on a simple email regarding the Toyota Hybrids. Due to Tom's courtesies and professionalism in the very beginning, we decided to go over and meet Tom as he was assisting us in getting a very specific color. Tom was very informative and professional throughout the whole process both in describing the car and negotiating a fair price.
