Tom Tebault at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville

Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville is probably the best dealership around. My wife and I visited a few other dealerships before finally settling on Jeff Wyler. No other dealership comes close to customer service. We did call in advance to let the dealership know we what time we would be coming in. Our salesperson was Tom Tebault. He met us at the door and had the vehicle that we were interested in already pulled up waiting for us to look at. As we were looking at the car Tom was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. He explained everything in detail so we understood exactly what we were looking at. We were also trading in a older Dodge Grand Caravan. The trade in process is painless. You give them some info on your car the take it an appraise it. It's that simple. After a few rounds of negotiations, Tom, myself, my wife and the sales manager all came to an agreement that worked for both parties. We got the car we wanted at the price/payment we wanted. We settled on the Blizzard Pearl (White) 2013 Toyota Prius Two. This baby gets 48/51 miles to the gallon. I have never been loyal to any brand of car before. I have owned a Buick, Pontiac, Chevy, Ford, Nissan, Dodge and now a Toyota. Jeff Wyler will be the place that I go to first for all of my current and future car needs. I had a great experience buying a 2010 Toyota Highlander from Jeff Wyler toyota delearship. Tom Tebault was main reason for the experience. He is professional and knowledgeable of the Toyota vehicles. He is respectful in every way and there is no high pressure selling. I have had my Prius Serviced at Wyler for several years now. They have an excellent servcice staff. Zack usually helps me and is very professional and helpful. I usually find discount coupons on the Wyler web site to keep my costs down. I recently did some shopping at Wyler in Clarcksville to upgrade to a new Prius and although we could not come to an agreement on the final price, Tom Tebault made the experience fun and educational.

Tom Tebault is the reason we purchased at Jeff Wyler. I had been looking for months at various makes and models; at various dealerships. Tom is a true gentleman and listened to my budget, needs and wants. I did not feel pressured through the entire process and rather felt that he was an honest and informative resourse. Tom showed me exactly what I was interested in - not what the dealership/sales wanted me to be interested in. He offered informative options including emailing me a video he took himself of one of the cars I was looking at and even a link to a car that was not at his location. Tom is how I came to love the 2012 Camry - as of last week it was not a car I was considering. Because Tom took the time to educate me on what the Camry offered, I realized it was exactly what we were looking for. Thank's to all who had to stay past closing and were incredibly friendly. I do not make decisions quickly which led to Tom having to stay until 11pm on his off night to make sure we left with our newly detailed car. We look forward to returning to Tom for our next car purchase and will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

This was my first time going to a dealership. In some ways I was dreading it. I didn't want to deal with pushy salesmen. Tom Tebault was great! He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He was patient. He didn't try to push us into anything that we weren't comfortable with. He answered all of our questions. He was friendly. He took the time to show us how all of the options worked. Once we made the decision to buy the car (a Prius) he helped get our smartphone synchronized with the car's Bluetooth features. Tom is the man to talk to if you want a car/truck/SUV. He will help you find what you want and need. He will not push you into something you don't want just to make a buck. I will go back to Jeff Wyler Toyoda for all my automotive needs. The next time I buy a car, I will ask for Tom. Great guy. Cannot say enough good things about him.

I was treated as an intelligent person, not a sales number. My questions were answered authoritatively; and none were ignored. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, not just pasted-on smiles. They even drove my car to me and picked up my trade-in!! I live 85 miles from this dealership. It was worth the drive!

Have done business with this dealership for 12+ years and have always received excellent service. Have bought two new vehicles from them and have been very pleased with both. Would have no problem recommending this dealership to my family and friends. Overall a very positive experience.

We had a very excellent experience in buying a car for my son that met the safety, quality, and reliability standards and was well within the price range in which we were willing to pay for a used vehicle. Tom Tebault provided us a high level of service, well above what I was expecting when we stated our budget.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my new 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville!! Also we love our Salesperson Tom Tebault BEST Sales person ever!!! This is our second auto bought at Jeff Wyler!!
