My Review of Flemington BMW:
Flemington BMW is an excellent dealership with superb management and a top flight staff in sales and service. The beautifully designed building serves as a platform for an very able sales staff. Tom Terrill is an exceptional salesperson. He knows his product and knows his customers. When I walked in to look at the 535i, he knew exactly what I wanted and walked me through the process leading to an order.

He frequently follows up with the customer, keeping him informed of the progress of the order right up to delivery. I couldn't be more enthusistic about the service supplied by the staff.

Howard Fomm did an excellent job of explaining the financial process and making clear all the elements of the lease. He was also helpful because he drives a 535i.

All in all my experience with Flemington BMW was superb. I can't imagine a better delership.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
Following my son's example, I bought my first BMW used, and it is by far the best car I have ever owned. Even though it did not originate at Flemington BMW, their service team has been suberb, and they have treated me like I bought every car I have ever owned from them. When my wife decided that she needed a new car, we wanted to buy a BMW, but she could not make a decision as to model or style, new or certified pre-owned. Tom worked with us for nearly three years, patiently walking through every option available to us from model to model, SUV to coupe. He never pressured us into making a decision that we were not comfortable with, and always had our best interests in mind. Even though we were in the habit of unexpectedly dropping by the dealership to see what was on the lot, Tom never made us feel like we were taking up his time. Even if he was busy with another customer, he made the time to say helow, and ensured that we were taken care of my another member of the Flemington BMW sales team.
When we finally decided on a new 2011 335xi, it turned out to be my Christmas gift for my wife. Tom made sure our delivery was a momentus occasion, and spent an enormous amount of time explaining all the features of this fantastic car to my wife. She is pleased as can be, and I am looking forward to making another BMW addition to our family in the near future.

Flemington BMW has got a great sales team. I interacted with Tom Terril, and great salesman, who will go through meticulous details about the deal, car, and all that you would want to know. He is really courteous and straight forward which will give you the kind of comfort you look for at a car dealership. Once you are done with the deal Howard will go over the details once more and will ensure you get the best deal possible out of the dealership. Howard's courteous and helpful approach gives you the comfort that the dealership will take care of you even after you take the key and drive away you priced possession. If you are looking to buy the 'Ultimate Driving Machine' you need to be at the Flemington BMW, 'The Ultimate Dealer'

This was my first time buying a car by myself without any assistance and Tom Terrill could not have made it any easier. He was extremely thorough and had answers to all of my questions. My Review of Flemington BMW:
Hello, I bought a new BMW in March of this year from Tom Terrill, and just wanted to thank him for
his fine service. Buying a new car can be very stressful, however, Tom being knowledgeable and
very direct, made the process both comfortable and enjoyable. I would on a scale of 1 to ten give Tom,
and Flemington BMW the highest rating of ten. The Business Manager was very helpful as well.

I love the car and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to family and friends.
