Tom Twomey at Park Ave BMW

I had been searching for a very specific car for my daughter and had found one at another dealership. After many, many issues came up between seeing the car and taking delivery I backed out of the deal. That evening my daughter emailed me with info on a car at Park AVe BMW that was exactly what we had been looking for. I called late in the evening and left a message. Within 5 minutes Tom returned my call. I had some specific questions and Tom politely and patiently answered each one of them. I gave him a deposit over the phone and the next morning I drove up (95 miles) to see the car. The car was everything I had been looking for. The dealership and the way the Tom and Roger treated me was exceptional. I have bought many cars over the years and this experience was by far the most pleasent and professional. There are many BMW dealers in my area but when I am in the market for another car I will make the 95 mile drive north just to deal with Tom and the folks at Park Ave. Again, outstanding in every way.

Tom Twomey is the best car dealer I have dealt with. He's friendly, patient and knows his stuff. I had a great experience buying a car (my first new car) from Tom. Highly recommended. 10/10 would buy again from Tom.

I am very grateful to Tom and Roger for making my buying experience so pleasant. I drove nearly 2 hours to get to Park Avenue, and it was worth the time. Tom was friendly, without being overbearing or pushy. He was there to answer all my questions, but he gave me the time and space to make my decision. He was very patient, and spent a significant amount of time with me to explain the features of the car.

Roger was also friendly and courteous, making the financing and closing process easy. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone truly interested in owning a BMW. I am now a proud owner of a 2011 328xi.

He was AMAZING!!!!! He is the best dealer I never see, and he made me feel like I really mattered, I wasn't just a customer. He was courteous, very down to earth, professional, comfortable with handling our case. He tried his best to help us got us a good offer. I was in the market for a new vehicle for my wife, after reviewing and researching on the Internet BMW dealers, I found Park Ave. to have one
of, if not , the largest selection of inventory and competitive prices around. after an initial Internet inquiry on a specific model, I was contacted by Tom Twomey of Internet Sales. Tom was very friendly and warm, and explained all the Financial options available to me. Once all the preliminaries where taken care of, Tom was very attentive and patient with my wife in explaining of the features of her new car. In the Interim

I recently purchased a 2009 Mazda CX 9 and I was totally blown away by the courtesy and customer service that I experienced at Park Ave BMW. The sales associate, Tom Twomey, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made the entire car buying experience easy and hassle-free. He exemplifies quality customer service that is missing from other dealerships. Even though I purchased a Mazda at a BMW dealership, Tom was still knowledgable about the vehicle and its features. He gave us an excellent price for a quality vehicle. Roger Pic, the finance manager, also assisted in make the purchasing process clear and quick. Tom Twomey made my first car buying experience a very pleasant one. Although I am not the easiest customer to please, Tom always remained patient and professional via email and in person. He was more attentive and helpful than any other internet client advisor at other dealers. Tom never pressured me, there were no bait and switch tactics, and he took the time required for me to find the right vehicle. Tom even came in on his scheduled day off (the coldest day of the week) when I returned to pick up my vehicle.

The ratings provided are for the dealership, Tom receives 5s across the board, he was GREAT!! It was worth the trip from Brooklyn. Ask for Tom Twomey if you end up at Park Ave BMW.

We worked with Tom, He was very professional and was able to find us a car that had all of the specifics we wanted. He followed up with us promptly on every email. He even personally delivered the car to Manhattan and sat with me to go over the details of our car.
