My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
Recently my husband’s Honda was totaled out by the insurance company so we had to find him a new car fast. He really like Honda’s so I began to shop online for about a week, looking as far as 150 miles away from home (St. Louis) for the best deal. We bought his last Honda local but the car was not worth what we paid and that dealership’s customer service was extremely poor. As I continued my search I found an incredible 09 Honda Accord that was located at Mungenast St. Louis Honda, so I called to ask some questions about the car. When I called the lady that answered the phone was very kind and upbeat and got me right to the sales guy Tom Wilkerson, Tom was very nice and funny he asked me a few questions and checked on the car I was interested in and asked me would l like to come out to see the car. Once I made it to the dealership everyone was just as friendly in person as they were over the phone, which was a surprise to me based off the experience I had with another car dealership. I did not know everything would go so smooth and so fast I went to test the car on Thursday and the next day on Friday my husband and I went in to see Javier Terrazas which was our finance guy (sweet as can be and funny) and 1 hours later Javier gave us our keys and we drove off the lot. We have had the car almost a week now everything is going well the people of Mungenast have called and emailed to check to see if we had any questions or need anything now that’s what I call good customer service. I am happy to say I do NOT have buyer’s remorse and I will be buying my next car from the Mungenast family. (These days customer service is the main thing that sets companies apart from their competition, you can offer me free soda, snacks, coffee and cappuccino all you want but if I feel like I wasn’t heard when spending my money you can count me out as being a repeat customer.) Mungenast can give some 101 classes on customer service. THANKS FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
