My Review of Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
Picked up my son's Wrangler on Friday after getting a door fixed, got there right at closing time (5:30). The car wouldn't start, so Tom got Al to come out and take a look at it. They pushed the car into the garage (after hours now), put it up on the hoist and removed the starter. Starter was bad. Not only did they stay an hour late on a Friday to get us back on the road, they fixed a couple other minor things under the car that we hadn't seen before. Awesome customer service!!

I have been going to (Highland) now Courtsey Chrysler dealership for over 10 years. All my non-routine and many routine services are done here. I highly recomend this dealership to friends whenever I can. The new dealership, waiting areas and many of the old faces keep me coming back. Along with some friendly new faces. I even can wait for my services with my Labrador and computer so I am rarely inconvenienced. I would buy another vehicle from them when the time comes, hopefully another Grand Cherokee if the gas prices stay down! :)

My Review of Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I walked in after having many troubles with used cars, so I wanted to try buying new. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted, and they asked what I was looking to buy. The fact they wanted to help me buy what I wanted instead of trying to talk me into something else was amazing given most dealership just want to talk you into the high price tag car! They helped me locate the model of car, highlighted the options and differences in a straight forward manner. The financing advisor crunched the numbers to find out if leasing or buying was more what I wanted. Again cleared stated the pros and cons of both options, and let me decide without any pressure. If I had known the easy of buying from them years ago I would have never went elsewhere.
