Tomas Gates at Gates GMC Buick Nissan

When I was in for regular service the sales person (Tomas) asked if I was satisfied with my present car. There were a few things I was not completely satisfied with. He recommended looking at the new totally redesigned Altima. After a careful look and a test drive I was convinced. We sat down and came up with a reasonable trade. The car was delivered on time and and in perfect condition. There is truth to the saying "Gates Gets IT". I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I took the time to research and test drive a number of cars this purchase. I was very happy with the friendliness and service at Gates. I wanted to stay local and support our community. I purchased a new Buick Encore and had a great experience with Tomas and the enire staff at Gates!

I am a returning customer to Gates Nissan. Tomas was very polite, he listened and was not pushy at all. Everything went so smoothly. Nick had us in and out of the paperwork portion efficiently and professionally. He was able to answer our questions with ease.

The price is good for the truck but not great due to a slight oder (smoker / pet) in the vehical & the milage would have been better if around 50,000. I found that the driver side power windows squeek when used.

Had an overall great experience. Having been in an accident that totaled a previous vehicle i found the staff to be encouraging. The only thing that i did not like was that the loan was financed in my mom's name so that i could get financing. I have no problem with this but mom likely wouldn't like it if she knew. No problems here.

I am very satisfied with Gates Nissan. They helped me get a loan when no other dealership could get me a loan. The sales consultant did everything and anything possible to work with our needs and get us to a Monthly payment we needed to be at. I highly recommend this dealership

This was my 2nd experience at Gates within 2 years. They are very nice, very accommodating, nice facility and they don't just want to sell you a good vehicle; they want to be sure it works for you as well. I had a good experience overall and excited about my 2013 Altima lease. Thank you.

I was in to purchase a new Nissan Frontier, trading my 15 year old frontier. Everyone was friendly, courteous and direct. Overall it was a very good experience with no pressure.
