Both John Jaso and Tommy Perez worked in tandem to get the truck I wanted and equipped with the equipment I wanted. The entire experience was worth the 40 mile trip. From previous experiences with Gulf Coast, I have learned that this get it done attitude permeates through the entire group from sales, service and even General Manager It has been and will be a pleasure to refer friends and family to check Gulf Coast before they buy.

My Overall experience with Gulf Coast Ford was good.
Martin Salinas was very courteous and polite and worked with us and Tommy Perez to find the truck I wanted and work out a good deal. It was nice to have the sales manager come out to talk directly with us. There wasn't any pressure in the offer.
I would have rated the overall experience higher but there was a computer problem in the financial dept that delayed us finalizing the paperwork and we ended up leaving the dealership late in the evening, being at the dealership since about midday.
Buying a new vehicle can be a nerve racking experience, and we were getting to that point towards the end, but Martin, the finance manager and the General Manager offered there apologizes for any inconveniences.
Thanks again to Martin for being a genuine and honest salesman!

Purchased 4 trucks within 6 months. I live in Austin, TX and, at the recommendation of a friend, contacted Gulf Coast Ford when I was fed up with GM products and service here in Austin. Gulf Coast blew the Austin Ford (and GM ) dealers away in both price, service, and commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition, they delivered my trucks to my home, picked up the trades, and signed the papers. Best in Texas!

I did alot of research before I buy a vehicle (financing, dealer invoice cost, extended warranty costs, trade-in values, etc). I found this dealer surprisingly truthful about how much over cost they were selling me the vehicle and how much over cost the extended warranty was. These number were completely in-line with my research. The negotiations were very straight forward, no smoke-n-mirrors tactics. I found them to be refreshingly honest. They also worked very hard to find me the vehicle I was looking for. They searched the entire state of Texas to find the vehicle with the color and options I wanted. They worked 3 days with other dealers to locate and retrieve the vehicle I wanted. They also kept me updated on the progress. I would definetly recommend them.

Gulf Coast Ford and its representatives provided us with superior customer service & friendliness during our purchase experience.

Randy Roth and his Sales Mgr, Tommy, worked diligently on the deal to provide us with a satifactory offer. They maintained constant communication with us and went above & beyond to take care of us! The offer presented was acceptable to us and Randy went to work to locate the "EXACT" vehicle we wanted. Together they prevailed and we are VERY happy owners of our 2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty pick-up truck.
