I ordered a 2023 Laramie in December of 2022. The truck arrived at the dealership in March. The protective film that I ordered was actually peeling off. He told me that he had to get with his service manager. I waited 3 days to call back to see what they were going to do for me. The salesperson apparently wasn’t available so I asked for the service manager. The service manager had no idea what I was talking about. The “salesman” never brought it to his attention as promised. I also told them about the terrible paint job. The entire truck was covered with “orange peel.” The dealership had me take my truck to their Bakerstown dealership to see the body shop manager. The manager and another 20 plus year body guy said they have not seen such a terrible paint job! They actually had another brand new ram there for the same issue. I have tried working with the salesman, Jarrett (Worthless), the “sales manager”, Pat (very unethical and a typical Junior Samples and then the “General Manager, Eric. The GM offered to approach RAM to get a “Buy Back.” He never called RAM. I personally called RAM last week and they had no record of anyone from Sharkey filing a claim. I say Sharkey because the employees from the GM down care nothing about the consumer. I’m hoping that RAM offers to correct what has transpired. They are supposed to get back to me in 2 business days. More

Texted me a price on ordering car similar to one they sold. Same pkg and same color. Said yhey would honor price on website. Drove there to buy jeep and then added $10 k when we got there. This is my first ever online review and If I can save just one person the trouble of getting screwed over by This place it will be worth it to me. At first when you walk into this place everybody is very nice and welcoming. They want you to have that warm comfortable feeling while they screw you over. I have had bad experiences with this place in the past but that was many years ago. I was hoping maybe things have changed and they offered me a fair price on my 2022 Ram 2500 trade. Plus my sales person Tammy seemed so nice so I’d give it a shot. I downsized to a 2022 Honda Accord. Tammy lied to my face while I was signing the papers to close the deal I noticed the price was about $500 higher than we agreed on so I asked Tammy why. She told me because the estimated payoff on my truck will probably be higher than the actual payoff and I’ll receive money back. That turned out to not be true. I actually had to pay the bank another $100 because Shorkey was short on the payoff. ( this was a Saturday and my credit union was closed. Could not get a 10 day payoff) Then on the ride home I notice a thumping noise in the front of the vehicle. I then realized while looking at the car I didn’t check the tires. Big mistake!! The tires were worn especially the front ones which is the cause for the thumping noise. To wrap this up. My calls were ignored for days. Then I played phone tag with 2 managers and Tammy. Tammy dropped the ball and could have helped and she or they could have did the right thing and had new, safer tires put on the car that I over paid for to begin with. The atmosphere also changed to the negative side after I refused the extended warranty. Please anyone that reads this whole thing. Save yourself money and Get a better vehicle for less money somewhere else. Only reason I didn’t was because Shorkey offered $2k more for my truck. It cost me more in the end and now I have to purchase new tires. The wiper blades should have been replaced too Update. 12/27/2022 Another manager or employee Ryan called me today. Wanted to dispute my Review. Tried to say I refused to bring my car in to be looked at and said my other statements are not true. I called his bluff and Within 30 minutes at was at the dealership. I was hoping it was time that Shorkey was going to make things right and take care of the tires. All I did was waste time that I didn’t have. All they did was say the tires are above 2/32 which is the requirement for inspection. As a certified state inspector myself I know this. That is not the issue. The issue is the front tire wear is “feather edged” or ”Chopped” and and you can hear and feel it while driving. This dealership is a disgrace and Please if you buy a used car go over the entire vehicle. If you don’t know anything about cars take someone that does. Ask them to put it on a vehicle hoist so you can see everything and don’t get ripped off. And don’t sign anything unless it’s exactly what you agreed upon. This place is Trash. Always was and unfortunately probably always will be. More

They made no effort to help since the van had just passed the 3,000 mile warranty. Very dissapointed. More
