STOPPED AT JEFF D'AMBROSIO DODGE, JEEP LOOKING TO BUY A NEW JEEP LIBERTY. WAS MET BY TONY GABEL,SALES, WHO WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND PRETTY MUCH GAVE US THE RUN OF THE PLACE. WHEN MY DAUGHTER PICKED OUT THE JEEP LIBERTY SHE WAS INTRESTED IN, TONY AND BILL WANG, THE SALES MANAGER, ALLOWED US TO TAKE THE SUV HOME OVER NIGHT SO MY WIFE COULD GET A GOOD LOOK AND FEEL FOR IT. EVERYTHING INVOLVED IN THE SALE WENT REAL EASY! TONY AND BILL GAVE US A GREAT PRICE AND THE INTEREST RATE FOR THE LOAN THEY SET UP WAS THE LOWEST WE CAME ACROSS. WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR IT WAS DETAILED VERY NICELY. THEY EVEN GAVE OUT ROSES. A CLASS ACT. YES, I WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER! OH, MY DAUGHTER IS PAYING FOR THE JEEP!!!

We went to Jeff D'Ambrosio's car dealership Downingtown, PA location with the hopes of trading in our used 2004 vehicle (which we still owed mioney on) for a brand new vehicle with lower payments, and that's exactly what we left with. We were introduced to Tony Gabel who listened to what we were asking for, and went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with what we were getting, and understand what we were "getting into". We had alot of requests like: we wanted a sunroof, it had to be black, had to have good cargo space, good gas mileage, low payments, and we even had to be somewhere at a certain time that day. Well, we got the color of car we wanted, the right price, right payments, right amount of cargo space, great gas mileage, and we even got where we needed to be that day (with time to spare) in a brand new car!! When the time comes again to buy or lease a new car, we will be certain to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio's car dealership in Downingtown, PA and ask for Tony Gabel.

Let's get one thing straight from the beginning....I loath car shopping! Too many brands, too many choices among the brands, and just too many options period! A very good friend of mine referred me to Tony Gabel at Jeff D'Ambrosio! I explained my dilema with car shopping, gave him the options I was looking for and price range, and when I arrived at the dealership, he had already picked out my dream car!!! I was literally in and out in one hour! AMAZING!!! Tony is extremely honest and is the best listener EVER! He knew exactly what I needed!!! Even the color, inside and out! Thanks Tony! I will NEVER buy another car from anyone else!!!!

My son & I were referred to this dealership from a freind and even though they were an hour away, after I called and spoke to Tiffany Fiedler, The Internet Manager, I knew We wanted to make the trip and try to buy a car from them. Tiffany was warm, Freindly, honest and sincere in her discussions about buying a new Jeep Patriot and said they would give us the best deal that they could. When we got to the dealership, Tiffany introduced us to Tony Gabel and he was just as freindly and sincere. We never felt we were under any pressure to make a decision and he was able to answer any and all questions we had. He found the exact car we were looking for at another dealership and was able to get it for us. Price was great and they were able to offer a very fair trade in value for our Dodge Dakota. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend highly to any of our freinds to go there when they need a new car. I only wish we lived closer so we could take advantage of the mechanical and maintenance service they provide to their customers. Tony gave me a tour of their shop and it was very busy but unbelieveably clean and organized.

Tony Gabel was great, we wont deal with anyone else... He was awesome as always... He did everything he could to get us the lowest rate and price possible... He is always friendly he calls us after our purchase to make sure we are happy with our vechile and to see if there is anything else that we need... We have never been disappointed with anything that we have purchased from Jeff Deambrosio Dodge.. We will not buy anythng but a dodge from anywhere else... We were very satisfied with the price and are very happy as always... Tony always asked how our family and kids are and the sports that they played he is just a very awesome person to deal with and we hope that he never leaves...

This is our 4th vechile that we have purchased from Tony Gabel....
