Since leaving said review things have transpired, and now I will never bring my car back here (even for a free oil change) so I am amending my review to reflect a true and accurate experience, to hopefully save someone else from the verbal assault I endured by one of the dealers. Very aggravating experience with this dealership, thus far, including being verbally assaulted by a dealer. Here's the story. On Saturday, May 5, 2018, I purchased a 2015 VW Passat, the dealer who assisted me initially was Tony, whom passed the sale off on Harvey. Harvey is awesome, funny and great person to deal with. Tony, on the other hand acts as if he cannot be bothered and any question is an inconvenience. Upon purchasing the car the dealership made several promises, as I will outline herein. 1. Tank of Gas 2. Cleaned / Detailed 3. Replace the broken side 'wing' mirror. The tank of gas, was a half tank. Whatever, didn't want to argue that with them after waiting a good hour for them to "Clean/Detail" the car, that when I received it still had all the dealer plastic stuck to the floor and cobwebs and dust all over the back dash, it was not properly cleaned and you wasted a hour of my time that day. Upon getting the car home, I messaged Tony about the dealer plastic and there being no floor mats, Tony said he would get them for us, that would be the fourth promise and it's in writing. The mirror should have been in that Monday or Tuesday, at the latest (5/7 or 5/8). Fast forward to Saturday, May 12, 2018, exactly one week after purchase and 4 days past when the mirror was supposed to be in we again tried to contact Tony, to no avail he promptly ignored me. So Monday, May 14, 2018, I call the dealer after work and am instructed service is closed and they would transfer me back to my dealer and to discuss the issues with him, I was transferred and put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes before I hung up. Tuesday (5/15) I again reach out to Tony, and he reluctantly responded and said I could come and pick the stuff up after work. I arrive at the dealership at about 5:30 and am told by the rep. at the desk Tony is getting ready to leave and will not be back for 15 to 20 minutes, but if I hurry I could catch him outside. He knew I was coming and failed to procure anything I was coming to pick up, further he was just going to leave knowing I was coming up there. So, I see Tony in the lot, and this is where it starts to go really downhill and fast... I approached him and asked about the mats and mirror, looks at me like I'm stupid until I remind him that he told me I could pick up after work today, and proceeds to tell me I need to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. I calmly said, come on man it's been almost two weeks, you knew I was coming. Just let me get my stuff and I'll be on my way. He gets a huge attitude and calls someone on the phone to discuss the mat issue, they didn't know where the mats were so now he starts to look down the lot for what I believe is a car with mats and a mirror he can pull off and send me on my way. We go to walk back inside and his attitude about having to help me continues. At this point I'm getting slightly frustrated because he is treating me like an inconvenience, when if he would have done his job, the thing he is paid to do, in the first place there would be no inconvenience. He again says, you are gonna have to wait until I get back like 15 to 20 mins, I'm with customers. That's when I said you know what, I'm just gonna leave you knew I was coming and you have nothing. This is where he begins the verbal assault, calling me a little xxxxx and a xxxx boy, trying to block me from exiting the dealership and even puffed his chest up at me. No used car dealer is worth catching any sort of charge over, so I left. I will never again shop here, and I will never refer a single person to this dealership. The way I have been treated subsequent to spending about 10k at your dealership is completely uncalled for and totally unprofessional. |---------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW--------------------------------------| Quick, and easy staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
