My wife and I leased a BMW X5 on April 22, 2012. Tony Jara was the salesman who helped us with the vehicle . Tony was very professional and knowledgeable taking time to explain all the features and options in the vehicle and answered all of our questions! He even called the next day to thank us for our business. I highly recommend Tony and park Ave BMW !

While excited about getting a new car, I was not looking forward to the haggling that usually accompanies such a purchase. I had done some research and was prepared and knew what I wanted, but had a few questions. I was greeted by a salesman, Tony Jara, when I walked in, but allowed to walk around and look before actually being approached, which set a nice tone for the experience. The rest of the experience was just as pleasant; no pressure, no haggling, just a straight forward honest deal. He knew his product and answered my questions simply and thoroughly. He wasn't able to locate a car with my specifications, so I had to order it. What a nice surprise when it came in ahead of schedule and completed a great sales experience.

As personable as he is professional, Tony turned what I expected to be a complicated, daunting process into a stress-free pleasure.

The technology in the new BMW I’m now leasing represents a vast departure from what I’m accustomed to, so I had just about a trillion questions for Tony and he answered every one—no matter how many times I asked them!—expertly, patiently and kindly. He walked me through every feature of the car, so by the time I left the dealership, I was confident that the road ahead would be a smooth one, indeed.

Tony was great at detailing the process, the deal and of course the car. The beat the price of local BMW dealers and were by far the best from a customer service standpoint. Tony and his managers helped to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and a very good price. I will likely get my wife's car from them as well now. Great experience!
