I was born and raised in Kentucky, spent 4 years in the US Army after school and then immediately went into the car business where I’ve been for 28+ years. I’ve worked in all departments but have found my real passion is being a sales associate meeting and assisting customers to get the new car of their dreams.

I’ve been the top salesperson here at Paul Cerame Ford-Kia for the last two years and decided to make Cerame my home because Ford has the best product, and the ownership here has the right attitude. My Review Of Paul Cerame Ford:

I am a single mom and was looking for a new car. I had visited a different dealership closer to where I lived and work. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated. The business manager was very rude and not a people person, I left that dealer and decided to call Trisha Walker as she had helped me buy my last car. She told me to come see her and she would take care of me, which I had no doubt as she did in the past. I worked with Tony Lee as he helped me with the car that I was interested in. Both Trisha and Tony made it very enjoyable to work with and made it possible to purchase the car that I wanted. Trisha and Tony were very helpful and I would recommend anyone to go to Paul Cerame Ford to purchase their next vehicle. Both of them made buying a new easy and hassel free. They are great people. The dealership was very clean and well stock with vehicles and everyone was very pleasant. So think twice the next time you decide to buy a new car and give them a chance. You will not regret it. Thanks for everything. I love my new car and so does my teenage son. He thinks it is great.

Tony Lee not only patiently answered all of my questions, but he also SHOWED me the differences between the models that I was considering along with the one I wanted. Tony is very friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about cars! Tony allowed me time and space to consider my options and to choose the perfect car for me. My Review Of Paul Cerame Ford:

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and it was great. Tony Lee put me in a 2013 ford focus that I never saw myself driving. He gave me a fair trade in value for my broken down kia and found different rebates that I could use. Everyone was curteous and professional and made my first real car buying experience a great one. I will reccomend and refer anyone and everyone to Paul Cerame and Tony Lee !

Tony was very professional and very fair with the price. Bob was straight-forward and did not have a documentation fee waiting for us. We have bought 4 cars this year at three different dealerships and this was by far the best experience. My Review Of Paul Cerame Ford:

At one time my husband and I were die-hard Ford fans. That was until I was so displeased with a salesman. After several attempts to purchase a vehicle, one evening I marched right by all the salesmen to deal directly with the Manager just to get the car I wanted. That was the last time I bought a Ford at my neighborhood dealership. It was my 2000 Windstar SEL.

Soon after that I learned that I'd always get good customer service dealing with the luxury car dealers. That matters to me.

Recently I returned to my neighborhood Ford dealership prepaired to do battle. I am more than pleased to admit that I was wrong. The treatment was as good as you get at the luxury car dealerships. This experience has turned me back around. My salesman was the greatest. He was very patient and informative.
I'm back!
