Both Tim Wierwille and I (Molly Long) are regular customers there at Beaver Toyota...and there are many reasons:
Every single time we come in, we are treated with respect, courtesy, and a personable attitude. It is SO APPARENT that a spirit of professionalism and a positive morale is fostered among the service department. We feel confident in their expertise and trust the information they convey to us.
Recently my 2002 Toyota Prius was there for two weeks, as a recall for the rack and pinyon (sp?) became a much bigger ordeal than anyone had anticipated. I would like to personally thank Diego, who kept me informed and reassured, and Luke, the tech who must have been going "nuts" ....no pun intended Also thank you to Tony, who efficiently arrnaged for a rental. (After driving it for 10 days, I think I might have to get myself one of those Toyota Tacomas!) And one more person we so appreciate is Andy, who has taken care of us numerous times in the past, and treats us like gold. Thanks to everyone mentioned above!
Anytime the subject comes up, we sieze the opportunity to rave about Beaver Toyota service dept to others. You're wonderful
