Tony Montesano at Brandon Honda

Tony Montesano was great to work with in picking out our vehicles, test rides and preliminary paperwork. We actually traded 2 in for a new and used and he provided advice and showed us exactly what we wanted to see without pressuring us at all. The finance area was a whole nother story though so know what you want going in, watch months and rates closely and know whether or not you want extra warranty before you go in or you will end up in there for hours and getting something you don't want just to get out of there. Other than that, a good experience and one we learned from.

I went to Brandon Honda today, April 27, 2013, for the purpose of purchasing a 2013 Honda CRV EXL. The process of purchasing a new car is something I don't like undertaking. It it usually quite stressful and exhausting. When I arrived I was greeted by Grant Hocking who was friendly and professional and quite knowledgable. He introduced me to Don Negri who took care of my needs and concerns regarding my purchase. Don was a pleasure to work with. He answered my questions and explained everything in detail. The particular car in the color and trim I wanted was not on the lot and I thought I'd have to wait for another day to get the car. Don made arrangements to have a car brought in from another dealership. It arrived within an hour. During that time I met with Tony Montesano and completed the paperwork. He went through everything and explained all the forms I was signing. He made this an almost painless process. I was pleased with the price I paid for this gem of a car. The entire process, from start to finish, took about 4 hours. If every time you purchase a car it could be such a positive experience, it would be easier to make the decision to do it again. I will certainly send anyone looking to buy a car to Brandon Honda in the future.

I am in search of a "small SUV" and went to several dealerships in Brandon on Adamo Dr. I honestly had my mind set on a Hyundai before I even went to Honda. First off, I know you're not supposed to judge a book by its cover... but if you compare the Brandon Honda to the other dealerships near it (there are several) you will notice theirs is by far the nicest, best looking one. It looks clean, organized, and just welcoming. After we parked and got out of the car we were greeted by a salespersons. He was dressed very nicely and asked us how he could help. He never tried to push a car on me. He simply answered all of our questions and simply gave us facts, no sales tactics (well none that were noticeable anyway) just honesty. We had gone on other test drives, but this one was by far the BEST one we went on. He was the first person all day to offer my boyfriend to test drive the car too. After we both test drove the car, he had us park and showed us the engine and some gadgets in it. I don't know anything about engines, but he was able to explain things so that I got the jest-of-it. He then test drove the car to prove what he taught us about the engine. Definitely a fun experience! When we got back we went inside and ran some numbers and compared the CR-V to the other car I had in mind. I left the dealership with my mind changed. I will definitely be going back to their dealership.

My husband & I went to Brandon Honda with a list of "must haves" that the average car sales man probably would've laughed at while he reminded us that we were talking about a used car in a low price range. Average is not what we found thank God! Tony Montesano completely exceeded our expectations & listened to our personal needs as a family. We felt valued as a customer & never felt pushed or rushed. This kind of treatment gave us a confidence that we could put our trust in him. From the very beginning when Tony & Frank asked us what we needed (which believe me, finding a 7 passenger with low miles,clean & VERY affordable payments isn't the easiest task)to the financing & being more than accomadating to find the best rate for us; we felt like we were dealing with family. This duo even went as far as understanding my husband's concern with a few minor cosmetic details on the SUV & again went above & beyond to address those issues for us; despite the fact that typically a used car is sold as is(after all it is used)!!! We feel more than confident that Tony & Frank worked their very best for us & enabled us to have even ABOVE our intial "picky" requests. The entire experience was amazing & we truly felt taken care of. We have already begun recommending Tony & Frank at Brandon Honda to our family & friends; and will continue to do so. THANK YOU!!!!

We talked to Frank and Tony one the phone prior to visiting the dealership. They said they would make it worth our while to make the drive from Clearwater to Brandon and they kept their word! Both were courteous, LISTENED to us (which is rare in car sales), and addressed every question and concern we raised. We will absolutely check with Brandon Honda when we are ready to make another vehicle purchase.

We had a mis-understanding relative to pricing, on our latest purchase. Tony was very cordial and handled the dispute quite well. He inquired about my concerns and quite patientlly and completely addressed all the details in a very professional manner. We have owned 14 Hondas in our family over they years... this experience was consistant with our best! We have been doing business with Brandon Honda for about 18 months and will sing praises of their integrity and service.
