I purchased a 2005 audi A4 in 2005.I was given great service purchasing this vehicle.Al Rizzo is the best!!! He goes above and beyond making each service experience great .His promptness and keeping me up to date on the progress of my car during each service trip.He is friendly and knowledgeable.

I just purchased a 2011 Audi A4 since my 2005 audi needed alot of repairs.My salesman Tony Townsend was great and knew just what I was looking for.When he brought the car to me in Flagstaff he very thourghly went over everything the car has to offer.He was very friendly and very patient.

I appreciate North Scottsdale Audi's service.I must add a deciding factor was the past wonderful service rep Al Rizzo since he makes it a pleasure to continue doing business at this dealership.

My daughter was in the market for a good used car for work and school. With the help of Tony and the team we were able find just the right car for her. The transaction was a very enjoyable, financing was quick and thorough.At no time during the process did we feel pressured into making a decision.The expertise with which Tony explained the details of the car and what we could expect was very good. I have bought many cars, and it was always nervracking going to dealerships. This was the complete opposite. Tony said that they were no-pressure and they were right. This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. With a trade in I spent maybe 10 minutes in finance. Personal service extends beyond the purchase because they really do care if you are happy. I found a scratch on my steering wheel and Tony Townsend made it easier than I expected to get it repaired. I love my new Audi S4, and I would reccommend to stop in any time.

A few weeks ago I traded in my 2008 Audi A4 that I was leasing in order to purchase a new 2011 A4. Tony and Jamie assisted me with my purchase and I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love my new car and working with the two of them played a large part in my positive experience. They were accessible, helpful, honest and most importantly, listened to me. I truly felt like I was offered the very best in a car and in their service and look forward to working with them for years to come. I will definitely recommend Audi and working with Tony and Jamie to anyone who is interested. I wish them both the best!

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
I'm a sales guy myself and therefor hate sales people and could not be more critical of customer service and buying experience. Here are my biggest pet peeves about buying a car.

1. I better not know more about the car than my sales person. I do my homework when I spend $53,000 and will have questions.

2. Don't treat me like a tourist. If I come into your dealership or call, treat me like I am buying a car and not wasting your time. Ask for my name, phone number and how you can help. I know it sounds simple but so many just don't get it.

3. Be fun, take me for a ride, laugh, relax and make the process simple.

I owned my BMW for 10 years and spent 15 months reseaching my new vehicle. I test drove Mercedes, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Jaguar, Ford and Audi. I met 10+ sales people and none avoided my pet peeve list completely, except Tony "The Tiger" Townsend, he's Grrrrreat!!

Thanks Tony, you will forever be my first call when looking for a new car even though you live 400 miles away. You could not have made the process more simple. I'm a cheap bastard and for you to make spending $53,000 fun well that's impressive!
