I bought a 2009 jetta today and my experience was over the top! I had just come from another dealership where the staff was rude. I felt like the staff at the other dealership (David McDavid of Irving), pretty much judged me by my appearance. They mocked my offers behind closed doors even though I could hear them. The way Tony Vester treated me was exceptional!! Like Family! He took time to listen and understand my situation and what I was looking for.

Buying a pre-owned Acura TL at McDavid Acura in Plano was a huge breath of fresh air, after frustrating and downright disgusting experiences at other car dealerships. Tony was upfront with the pricing and buying process, and we didn't have to play any games. When some minor issues were found with the car, I could tell he was genuinely surprised and embarrassed that the problems had gotten through the certification process undetected. He worked with service and also contacted an outside company to make it right, and now I'm really enjoying my CPO Acura TL.

From the moment we arrived at the dealership, Tony Vester was very professional and his demeanor was warm and courteous. His knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. We gave our criteria as well as our restrictions and he was able to accommodate us with all of our needs. The entire process was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had in a while. It is so refreshing to know that there are still some caring people out there who take such great pride not only in themselves but also in their product. The dealership worked with me to achieve a price that was well within my bank's financing as well as going out of their way to compliment the vehicle with extras. I would recommend this dealership to others because of the great services; car detailing, cleaning, inspections, honesty as well as the ability to return calls with results and calling to remind and check up on the status of the deals. I live in Shreveport and working with them from a distance proved me with no additional stress from the car buying experience. This was also my first experience in purchasing and owning a car as well as working with a dealership. Every one was friendly and was able to get me a reasonable price for a great car.
