Tony Vester at David McDavid Acura Plano

Mr. Vester was knowledgable and very personable! His attention along with the price was the final selling point for me. You need more like him. My experiance with the financial officer was less than great. I last purchased my vehicle through my credit union 7 years ago at their location. I was unfamilar with the new convience of the transaction being conducted at a "preferred dealership." Although he was not rude in any way, my officer gave me the impression that I was being paranoid in my questioning and I felt he did not fully disclose to me that I could have completed my transaction at a credit union location instead if it would make me more comfortable. My overall experiance was good and I would recommend this dealership to others.

Tony Vester was a wonderful and excellent sales consultant , very informative also friendly. I went to dealership to purchase a car and left with the perfect car, I would definitely recommend Tony Vester to any one and to visit David MCDAVID ACURA PLANO.

I was a first time car buyer, and I don't think I could have picked a better experience besides the David McDavid way. I visited the dealership about 5 months prior and spoke with Tony. He was so helpful, not pushy at all....gave me a lot of information and told me things I needed to know regarding my situation. Nothing against Tony, but I did visit another dealership...and I promise I received the pushiest sales person on their staff. When I left that dealership, I knew I was going to buy a car from Tony. This guy called me non-stop until I told him I purchased the car from another dealership (keep in mind I told him this before I had even made my purchase). Meanwhile, I would get "friendly" not "sales" emails from David McDavid. Once I was ready and contacted Tony. I completed the credit app online and emailed all needed documentation and did not come into the dealership until it was time to sign paperwork. As Salim worked diligently to get me the best deal and the best rate, he and Tony called me throughout the week to let me know the status. I loved that! Salim called me initially and told me the interest rate that he had so far (it was high...keep in mind, I am a first time buyer that does not have a lot of credit), he told me he will try to get better. We spoke a couple times afterwards, each time the interest rate was better. By the time I signed my paperwork, my interest rate was over 13% less than the initial rate he told me. When someone put in the time and effort, you have to appreciate that as a customer. I will refer all of my family and friends to David McDavid Acura, and I will definitely be a customer that they will see again.

I worked with Tony Vester on a used MBW M3 that they had in inventory. Tony kept me up to date on the progress of my purchase and also went out of his way to make the deal as seemless as possible. I purchased the car sight unseen as I live in Iowa. Tony sent me numerouse pictures, gave me detailed history on the car and took me through the purchase step by step. Working with he and the finance manager, Salim, was the easiest car purchase I ever made. I can't recommend them enough for honet, straightforward people to deal with.

Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very helpful, friendly and honest. The salesman, Tony Vester, took very good care of us even though we purchased an inexpensive used car. They treated us as if we were buying a $50K brand new vehicle. The entire experience was better than any other I have had, a very professional dealer.

I had a wonderful experience with purchasing my new Acura RDX. My salesman was Tony Vester. Giles Wilson handled the financing. This was the first time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle without my father. I was SO nervous. From the time I walked into the dealership until I picked up my car, I received the upmost care and respect. Both Tony and Giles made my car buying experience better than expected. They offered me a fair price for my trade-in and new car. The entire process was stress free. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Acura RDX! I couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely be a customer for life. So if you are in the market for a new car, please stop by and ask for Tony Vester. He is very honest and he does not pressure you. Unlike some dealerships out there who takes advantage of women by trying to talk them into something they don’t need, Tony did not do that. He listened to me and he provided me with all the information about the vehicle so that I could make a clear decision on what car I wanted. All in all, I am very satisfied with my car as well as the treatment I received from this dealership. Last note, when everything was said and done, the general manager took the time to come out and greet me and thanked me for purchasing my vehicle at their establishment. I thought that was very nice of him. I have never had that happen to me before….

It was a process to purchase my ILX. But in the long run it worked out and I would give Ikechukwu (IKE) an A+ he always responded and was very nice Tony was there to assist and did great also. Sam and Salim did there A+ job as well. Would recommend this team of gentleman and would work with them again:)

After visiting David McDavid Acura on a sunny afternoon I enjoyed the information given along with a test drive of a used Acura TL by Mr. Tony Vester. My family and I were thouroughly impressed with the vehicle and the knowledge of the sales associate pointing out all concerns and addressing my family needs in regards to the vehicles performance and ammenities. After leaving the dealership we decided to negotiate a purchase for a low mileage TL. Communication was open with all parties back and forth by phone email and text due to my busy schedule. All this was taken in stride by Mr. Vester and our communication never dropped. Unfortunately we could not strike the final amount needed to close this deal, but I would definately recommend Tony Vester, and Sam in used car sales representing David McDavid Acura for any used car purchases for their great attention to detail and pursuit to give the customer what is ultimately wanted, a tremendous purchasing experience. We went up to the David McDavid Acura dealership to look at teh 2012 Acura TL and RDX.
we have a 12 year old Acura TL that we had bought there new and we have purchased Honda Pilot from the David McDavid Frisco Honda dealer. Tony came up and asked to help us he was friendly but never pushy and we had just come to drive the cars and then go home and think about it, before you know it we were picking one out and signing on the dotted line. Tony was so nice and easy to work with. Charlie was nice too and Salim was so fun and yet very business like, a great guy he explained everything so very clearly and thoroughly. They all made that horribly long process seem shorter. Actually our Honda Pilot purchase in 08 took longer so Acura is faster :). We loved our 2000 Acura and we will love this one also.
