Walking into the dealership was awesome. Tony greeted me right away,and stuck with me until the end. He truly is a wonderful man and knows what he is doing. Christina was amazing. She worked really hard to make sure my payments were what I needed and still continued the next day to make sure I got a better interest rate. The whole team was great but tony ans Christina were unbelievable. I am grateful to lake Norman Chrysler.

Tony was fantastic! He took care of our every need. Great personality and wonderful to talk to! This is the type of person that make the difference in a dealership!We drove from central Virginia to see the huge selection of new Jeeps that were in stock. Tony was knowledgable about the vehicles and more than willing to answer any questions that we had. As we drove home in our new Jeep we kept talking about how wonderful the buying experience was at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep! Thanks to the staff!!

This was our second new vehicle purchase from Lake Norman. This time we got a new Dodge Nitro for the wife. Once again we dealt with Tony and once again he was top notch. You could not ask for a nicer guy. We got yet another great deal on a new vehicle and a fair price on our trade. This is a great dealership to do business with. They work to make the customer happy and to put you in the vehicle of your choice. IF you are in the market for a Chrysler product, give Lake Norman and Tony Williams a try.

Converted!
We just used our GM credit card towards the purchase of our new 2012 Dodge Charger! Even with $3000 worth of credit toward any GM vehicle we still went for the Dodge. With all of the new cars and trucks coming out we thought wed take a look at all the manufacturers. What caught our attention at LNCJD was actually the sales person (Tony Williams) first, not the car! We felt like we were dealing with family. After explaining our wants, needs (great gas mileage and safety) and financial position Tony took us for a walk on the lot to see a 2012 Charger. When I saw the look on my wifes face I new she was in love. When Tony gave me tech info about the near 300 horse power and over 30 mpg I was in love! He picked us a winner.

Mark Mosayebi expedited all the info and gave me the unbelievable numbers. The price was less than the best I could find on the True Car website. That means THERE IS NO BETTER DEAL!

In the process of repairing our credit scores we didnt think wed get a decent interest rate or a loan at all for that matter! Brian Kanabroski Finance Genius got us approved with an unbelievable rate! When I signed the papers the monthly payments were actually lower then what I had expected.

We have converted from a GM to a Dodge Family!

FYI-Please let Tony know I will be in on a regular basis for that coffee and Danish!

I really get nervous about going to car dealers, but after meeting Tony he has renewed my faith in a honest Car salesman. Tony really made me and my family feel comfortable and relaxed in deciding the car we purchased. He also went over all the options the car had. Purchasing a car from Tony was like purchasing a car from a family member. I'm very happy with my Jeep and glad my salesman is Tony.

Tony Williams was very friendly, knowledgeable, & very helpful when I purchased my new Chrysler 300. He walked me through everything & showed me how to operate the new features on the car & answered all my questions. When I drove off the parking lot I was confident about operating everything instead of trying to figure things out for myself. He introduced me to the people in the different departments that I would be interacting with in the future & showed me around so I would know where every department was. It was a different experience from any other Dealership I have dealt with in the past.
