I rate this dealer high because the sales person Manny Zuniga treated me with upmost respect, he was very open and forthcoming with information about the vehicles on the lot, he was patient to listen to questions I had, and answered every single completely.He wasn't pushy or insistant on any particular vehicle. He let me look at any vehicle I wanted to see and was knowledgeable of each. I have shoped around in Visalia, Fresno and the reason I didn't buy out there was because I was not comfortable with the pushy salesmen. Manny Zuniga is in a seperate class. Upper level salesman is confident of the product and doesn't need to hide behind a fake impression. Manny's Trainer deserves credit too. Manny get's it! It's about the experience you provide for that customer that unfortunately has a less than perfect credit score, and is afraid he's gonna get taken to the cleaners if he makes a purchase from a 1st rate dealer. that was me.The vehicle was immacculate. I tell everyone I bought a brand new vehicle. It's amazingly clean, and I got a full tank of gas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Awesome!

Staff were respectful and no pressure at all. They all there to help you when you need it and they dont follow you like a tail. They treat everyone like the way they want to be treated. No haggle on prices too and most of all, they will accomodate and cater you the best as they can just for them to earned your business. That was a great and true business mentality. Alex was always there even after his shift, Sean was polite and Tracee was very knowledgeable on her part. I absolutely recommend this dealership to my friends. They definitely earned my RESPECT and TRUST!!!

My Review of Hanford Toyota:
I contacted Hanford Toyota when I decided to get a new Highlander Hybrid. They offered me a great price right away, but did not have a car on the lot. They worked hard to secure the vehicle from another dealer (which was not easy). They honored their commitment to the deal and went out of their way to make me happy. Steve is very friendly and customer oriented. He followed up in a timely manner on all of his promises. He and Chuck are extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle (the sophisticated electronics took a lot of explaining) and they made they buying process very easy and uncomplicated. Trasee (finance) took me through all of the warranty questions and made the paperwork go smoothly. Overall, I had a GREAT buying experience with Hanford Toyota and have already recommended them to my friends.

We've purchased a lot of cars in my life and I've driven a lot of company cars as well; I have never seen a dealership such as this. You're sales people are very friendly, very knowlegable, and willing to go the extra mile. Example; I was having trouble paring my Home Link to my garage door when I got my 2012 Highlander home. We called Steve Massei, who was so helpful and thorough explaining the car to us before we left last night. Steve volunteered to drive to Visalia and fix the problem for us after a long day at work.

We contacted several Toyota dealerships by phone when we recently needed to purchase a new Prius for work. Our first contact was with Steve Massei who didn't hesitate to give a price over the phone, and who welcomed us to the dealership a couple of days later. He passed us on to Tracee who completed the sale over the next day or so. The quoted price was honored, and Tracee went out of her way to find a car that exceeded all our requirements - she maintained contact with us and with our office in another city- Finally she came to work on her day off to complete the sign-off. Our best experience with a car dealer - ever!

My Review of Hanford Toyota:
Upon my arrival back home from my deployment the last thing that I wanted to do was buy a new car. My wife and I shopped around for a while and priced out some cars and were chased off a lot of spots by pushy sales people. But when we got to the Toyota dealer here in Hanford it was nice and easy they were helpful but not pushy. We ran out of time the first day because the baby sitter had to go so we told them we would be back tomorrow and Trasee stayed late the day that we came back just so that we would be able to see a familiar face. It was quick and easy once we sat down to sign the paper work and everything. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
