I have had a very positive experience with Paramount Ford. I picked it because of the reputation and because a friend once worked there (Jim Hale). The sales team was friendly and relatively quick and overall it was a very positive experience. I was seen promptly and was able to test drive the car that I viewed online. I appreciate the instant messaging service on the website as that expedites communication.
