Had a great experience at Campbell Nelson Nissan.Greg Skartvedt really made me feel right at home. I ended up getting an amazing deal on a brand new Xterra Pro 4X!Its the perfect vehicle for me as a Ski instructor and all around outdoor enthusiest. I reccomend Campbell Nelson to all my friends. I appreciated the low pressure sales effort. They had what I wanted, worked with my needs for additional requirements under a time constraint then made it all happen.
I was impressed with my sales associate, Mr. Larry Camp. He knew his stuff and had answers or where to get them. I would recommend him to friends or family.
It was pleasant to have the owner of the company, Bob Campbel, stop byl to thank me for my business.
Obviously a first class operation.

I went to buy a Nissan Altima coupe 2011 first at EastSide Bellevue and these guys told me that in the color I wanted, I had only two options: either buy a base car with no features or fully loaded car with all the features. They claimed to not have anything in the middle. They gave me a hard time beating around the bush and so, I went to Edmonds Nissan to see what they had to say. They told me that they DO have a car with the color and features I want! They were charging me $1000 extra for alloy wheels which I didn't want and so they had that taken off. Perfect. I also traded in my old car and they offered me a good deal on it. Initially, they gave me a price and told me it was higher than they would like to buy it for (which is very honest communication). But when they reduced the price beyond what I was ok with and I raised a concern, they met my expectations. I was really happy about it. Overall, they told me in simple terms what package options I have and what it will cost me. They were open and honest and the amazing automan (http://amazingautowoman.com) approved of their price too.

Absolutly amazing service:) the staff bent over backwards to get me into my new 2008 Nissan Rouge:) Greg Skartvedt was attentive and understanding. The Nissan Juke I got is awesome! The friendly staff at Campbell Nelson Nissan helped me find a new car to help with the rising gas prices and my financial situation. Now I can put more money into entertainment and savings instead of in the gas and oil companies. The sales consultant I worked with was Kat, she's a blast! 100% friendly and informative, everything she said was accurate and never misleading. For the Financing portion, I worked with Susie and she put it to me in terms of numbers, helped me find the right coverages and protections that fit me and my financial situation. The overall staff was very welcoming and so very understanding to my situation and showed a true interest in my business and well, that's why they got it.

Greg and Travis worked very hard to find a vehicle and then a finance option that would work for me. Both were very patient and friendly despite that I had an endless stream of questions that kept them both hopping over the course of three visits. Greg in particular was always up front if I asked a question he didn't know the answer to, but he was also able to ask or research and find me answers quickly every time. I can unhesitatingly recommend him for anyone considering purchasing a new Nissan automobile.

We have purchased several cars over the last 15 years and this was by the far the best experience we have ever had. The whole experience was painless, and actually enjoyable. From the sales person to the sales manager to even one of the owners being involved, it was fantastic. This is a family friendly dealership that does not pressure you at all and bends over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. We will be recommending to all of our friends!

If you're in the market for a Nissan or a Volkswagen, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't work with John and Travis at Campbell-Nelson. Simply put, they are the best in the business. They'll happily do whatever it takes to earn your business, and you'll come away with a bond of friendship you can count on in the future.
This is the second vehicle I've bought from Campbell-Nelson. In each instance, these guys arranged that the vehicle be delivered to our home, the first time while living in Yakima, the second at our current home in Leavenworth--now that's customer service beyond the norm, the kind of things that friends do for friends. Not only that, they took the artwork for my wife's business, had one of their associate companies do the work, and delivered the vehicle to our home with The Purple Pot logo on the driver and passenger side doors, all beautifully done.
We did our due diligence, and checked a few other Seattle area dealers for the X Terra we were looking for. As expected, John and Travis gave us the best price overall, sweetened it with a few extras, then delivered it out of area with our personal artwork in place. It just doesn't get any better than that. As far as the rating criteria above, that's hitting on all cylinders as they say.
Don't buy anywhere else without seeing these guys first!

I was recommended to Clint & Campbell Nelson from a co-worker who spoke very highly of the dealorship & its employee's. They were there when you needed them and weren't your normal auto dealorship. I was in need of a new vehicle, as my current car was getting high on mileage and would very soon need a lot of mechanical work. I had to stay within a very tight budget and had a payoff on my current vehicle. Clint & Travis worked with me on every aspect. from the price of the car to my trade in. and susie in finance was a dream. she worked every number, both financing & lease, until we got one that fit my budget. it was a most pleasant experience and hopefully the start of a great car relationship. i'd recommend them to anyone. i just love my new Nissan Rogue.
