Wonderful, spacious, and very clean showroom, a lot of cars on-sight, friendly staff, attentive staff, no sleeze-factor, easy completion of sale, and the service department looks great (doesn't look like a horrible place to have to spend time).

My Review of Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles:
I first stepped by Lindsay to look at 2009 CC in December 2009. For the next 9 month I kept in touch with Trent and in October 2010 I leased my 2010 CC. It was pleasure working with Trent. He was there for me when I needed help with a loner on Saturday - service was closed at the time and he gave me one of his demos. Last year I even brought my relative from NY to get his 2011 Jetta from Trent. My CC lease is up in a few months and if I decide to lease a Passat, I will definitely go back to Trent.

I went to multiple VW dealerships in the Greater Washington area and Lindsay VW is by FAR the most exceptional dealer I've worked with EVER - regardless of car manufacturer. Trent Norris, the sale rep I worked with, responded to my online inquiry within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my time and worked with me on my needs considering I was also moving, sick and going on vacation within the same week of buying a car. Definitely go to Lindsay and go see Trent. He will treat you with respect and put you in the car you are looking for. I will send all my friends and family to him. It was the easiest and most respectful car buying experience I've ever had!

When I visited Lindsay VW, I explained to the salesman, Trent Harris, that I was shopping for a new car but with a limited income. I already looked at the Jetta and Passat online for pricing. Trent understood my financial situation and still met my expectations on what I wanted along with what I really needed; which was a new car at a reasonable price. Thanks Trent!

After looking at many Volkswagen dealership web sites for the specific car we were interested in buying and coming up empty we finally found the car we desired only to find out the car was no longer available. However, with the help of a diligent and friendly salesman by the name of Trent Norris at Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles we were able to drive away in the car of our choice. Trent spent extra time and energy in order to enable us to purchase the car we were looking for.

Trent Norris contacted me within one hour of my online request for information about purchasing a 2012 Beetle. The new Beetles were not yet available, but Trent was diligent about staying in touch with me until the cars were available. Once the cars started shipping to the dealers, he tracked down a Beetle that met all my requested specifications -- red color, sunroof, and satellite radio. Trent had a very "real" no-pressure, no-sleaze approach -- very friendly and available. The night I bought the car, he carefully explained all the features and didn't rush the process, even though it was probably closing time. He was experienced and knowledgeable.
