My Review of BMW of Asheville:
Trenton Braswell, on sales, is intelligent, knowledgeable, caring, and doggedly willing to please, going to extensive lengths to verify various of the accessories and add-ons selected for this car - even to attempting to verify the manufacturer of the tires that BMW would install on the car. Active cruise control was not listed as an available accessory but Trenton, nevertheless, confirmed, twice, with the factory that it wasn't and wouldn't be available for the selected model. He took the time necessary to familiarize me with the features of the vehicle, including "hooking up" with the BMW on-line emergency service. I cannot remember when I had a more pleasant experience buying a car.

I traveled 4 hours to purchase my vehicle - Trenton made this transition very smooth and had everything handled by the time I arrived. All I had to do was sign some papers and be on my way. I have been very happy with my purchase and the attention and follow-up that I have received from Trenton.

Trenton made the process a pleasure from start to finish. I never felt pressured or rushed. He was thorough, but never aggressive. He answered my questions, gathered all the information I requested, and was quick to follow through on his promises. What more could you ask for?

Overall, purchasing from BMW of Asheville was a positive experience. Trenton worked very hard to make himself as available as possible to me. He returned phone calls even after hours, and actually stayed late to make the actual sale. Although I wasn't 100% convinced that the end price was the absolute best that I could have been offered, I felt like the service made up for the price difference.

This is my 6th BMW and my first from BMW of Asheville. Trenton is one of the best car sales people I have worked with. He knows the product inside and out, is a no pressure sales guy and is the ONLY sales guy I have ever worked with who stays in touch after the sale. Kudos Trenton, car sales needs more people like you.

Trenton's sincere friendliness, attention to detail, and care for us as his customers made buying our BMW a fantastic experience! From the beginning of our journey to find our perfect car, to the end as we drove off the lot with a new appreciation for the car buying experience, Trenton was there for us every step of the way. Initially I wanted a certain car and it was not available at any dealership where I looked (Raleigh, Hickory, Atlanta, and Asheville). The dealerships did find some vehicles that I liked that would have to be shipped into their dealership. In general they were unwilling to work with me. Trenton went to work. In the beginning he did not have what I wanted or the terms were not what I wanted. While other dealerships stopped calling me, or they called just for to be courteous, Trenton went to work. He did call me to stay in touch. But, each time we made progress. Eventually we worked out a deal where I have a new car and terms that I wanted.

My Review of BMW of Asheville:
We have historically leased our vehicles because we hated dealing with car salesmen/women and their sales routines (running back and forth to the "manager").

Trenton Braswell changed our minds about car sales! This was the easiest, smoothest, actually enjoyable experience we have ever had! He goes above and beyond the expected, whether in person or over the phone. Yesterday my bluetooth device disconnected from the car and I couldn't figure our how to re-sync. I drove to the dealership (without calling first) hoping someone could help me. Trenton dropped what he was doing and easily fixed the problem.

We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle at Asheville BMW, and look forward to working with Trenton again!

This is my 5th BMW, 1st at BMW Asheville. This dealership is the best. Best price (trade and final price) and best service. Trenton is a great associate. Respected my wishes and is honest. Recommend him and BMW Asheville highly. Much better than the other BMW dealer in the SC upstate.

I was not planning on buying a BMW but had to pass by on the way home. I stopped in and they had a car that fit what I was looking for Trent was my salesperson. I didn't want to rush into any decisions. Trent and the manager respected me and my wanting to take my time. I returned the following day and again needed to see if there was another car that could possibly be a better choice. After spending much time with me, I finally settled on the first car I saw. I felt no pressure and was very happy with my choice. I am excited that this dealership will take me to the airport, keep my car for safe keeping and make sure that I am either picked up, or that my car will be there waiting for me! The service is what made my decision in buying a car from this dealership.
