BUYERS BEWARE. We recently purchased as new / used car here. Our salesman Mitch DeVincentis was nice and friendly to work with. However, after getting in the car We recently purchased as new / used car here. Our salesman Mitch DeVincentis was nice and friendly to work with. However, after getting in the car to go home I noticed it needed windshield washer fluid, or so the alert on the dashboard showed. It was full, so I assumed a bad sensor. I took it back to have them look at it and confirmed a bad sensor that they wanted around $250 to fix as it wasn’t under warranty. Something they should have caught doing any vehicle inspection prior to selling it, and something I shouldn't have assumed it was them being lazy and not filling the windshield washer fluid. The fluid was low, but after I filled it up the alert stayed on. More

I purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer in January for $35,000 we drove it off the lot that night with an error on the dash stating the tires were low we went back in and told the salesman and he said to call in we drove it off the lot that night with an error on the dash stating the tires were low we went back in and told the salesman and he said to call in the morning and he would have it taken care of we called we were unable to get a hold of him I took it in for service and they told me that the three tires were leaking and they were not covered therefore I would be charged $140 to have these repaired I feel they should be inspecting the vehicles prior to sending customers home with an adequate tires I will never purchase another vehicle at this dealership and will not recommend also was told this vehicle had a DVD player in it however it did not come with a remote and they refused to rectify the situation however they advertised as though it came with a working DVD player I called multiple times was never given a callback and no one was able to help me very disappointed will not return More

We started the process via emails with Troy. He was very helpful , courteous and prompt. We originally scheduled an appointment to view and test drive our Compass a few days earlier but were unexpectedly de helpful , courteous and prompt. We originally scheduled an appointment to view and test drive our Compass a few days earlier but were unexpectedly delayed. Troy was very flexible and was able to reschedule to meet our needs. The car was waiting for us when we arrived and the whole process took less than two hours to complete! Troy was awesome as was everyone we encountered. More

Everyone seemed to be very sincere and honest regarding customer service. Our car was not physically at the dealership when we arrived but the were able to get it from their other dealership within minutes customer service. Friendly people, no pressure to buy. Very accommodating to any concern we had. Would of liked to get a little more out of trade in vehicle, especially after seeing asking price of 7000 more than i was give to any concern we had.
