From the get go they were friendly. We were greeted with an associate who obviously cared for the customer and was looking for what interested them and not just looking for profits. Also their financial associate was exceedingly friendly and also took care of the customer.

Ty knew I had a trip planned soon and went out of his way to get me exactly the car I wanted. David went over all the details of financing and helped me understand the process clearly. The purchasing process itself went smoothly and timely. It was very nice to not be stuck in a dealership for hours.

My Review of Lexus of Valencia:
As a returning customer they went beyond to maintain us and offered a deal we could not pass up. They explained every facet of the deal and when it came time to do the financial paperwork they were even more clear. When we took possession of the car they were extremely helpful in setting up some new formats that we never had before. When it comes time to get the next car, I can't think of any reason wny we would not give our business to Valencia Lexus.

It was a new experience for us to go into a car dealership and not being accosted by salespeople immediately upon entering the lot. When you walk in the door of Lexus of Valencia, a receptionist asks you if you need assistance and directs you appropriately. Our salesman, Ty, was friendly and low-key - - never pushy or "hard-sell." He kept in contact with us throughout the transaction, but we never felt pressured.

My experience was wonderful. Ty Sylvester helped me find the perfect car. David Kim in financing worked with me to get my payments where I needed them to be and did not play games. He was direct and upfront. I was very pleased. The dealership is clean and welcoming. They offer you drinks and snacks, and make sure you are taken care of. My purchase was quick and satisfying. I love my new car!!

I've heard many people say that in order to get a great deal on a car, one can't buy from our local Valencia dealers. Yet I would say that Lexus of Valencia is the exception. Our Client Services Representative, Ty Sylvester, was very nice, knowledgeable and sincere in his desire to help us with our Lexus purchase. They say excellent service starts and the top, and Luther, the General Manager, went out of his way to personally make sure that we were getting the level of service that we needed and we were very impressed with him as well. In short, Lexus of Valencia gave us a great price, Ty couldn't have been friendlier, and the entire buying process was simple, fast and enjoyable.
