Tyler Lawler at Ricart Used Car Factory

I can't say enough about Tyler Lawler. He went above and beyond in helping me purchase a car. He is an exceptional young man and I enjoyed my car buying experience. He was professional, friendly, courteous and took the stress out of shopping for a car. He really listened to what I wanted and was great at answering all of my questions.

If I had to rate him, I would give him 5 gold stars!!!!

Tyler did a great job helping me find the car I was interested in and guided me through the process by sharing his knowledge of cars and his expertise in the different makes I was interested in. I test drove 3 cars and felt like I owned all three by the end and was able to make an unbiased decision on the purchase. He was great in the lot while I was picking out cars - it was like I was with a buddy of mine and there was no pressure at all.

Had a good experience. Would consider shopping there again. Liked the $25 gas card incentative- that helps with expense of traveling so far to look at a vehicle.

It was a great buying experience. My wife and I walked in and was greeted with hospitality and kindness. This is first time that my wife and I have purchased a car and came home without headaches. We came home with BIG SMILES. When we sat down with Tyler he explained the process very well. We did the online preapproval so when we got to the dealership Tyler knew what would fit into our budget. When it came time to go out on the lot and look for our car it was like looking for a car with a family member. He was very nice and full of gearhead talk(which was awsome, cause im a gearhead too). The test track was one of the best experiences that ive had in a long time. We were treated like friends and not treated like people with bad credit. If anyone has had a bad experience with buying a car then they need to try FRED SAYS YES. This was the second time that we bought a vehicle from Ricart used cars and the first experience was just as good. A great big THANK YOU to Tyler Lawler and the Ricart team.

Tyler and Edwin are just amazing.... I am almost 40 years old and never really had to finance anything. I wanted to get my daughter who just turned 17 a newer car. They had ONE VW Beetle (the kind of car she dreamt of having) and Tyler and Edwin worked all day with me to get me into that car within a day. Not only did they have the best service - but everyone there was super nice. From other car lots I've been - the other workers wouldn't even look at you if you weren't buying through them. Other workers came over to check on us and ask if we wanted water/etc. The atmosphere was awesome - the whole staff is awesome - I hope that whole department gets recognized for the amount of effort they put into making others happy and their dreams come true.

Worked with me when I was in a mess, most places would of turned me away but these guys took on the challenge and got me the car I wanted. Fast,professional and friendly. Excellent service.
