I have been pleasantly surprised by the people in the service department, no matter who I have worked with. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I am welcomed as soon as I walk through the doors. The turnaround to get me back on the road in a loaner vehicle is quick, yet thorough. I really like that I can book my appointments online at my convenience as well.

The only reason we come to this dealership is because of the service we receive from Tyler Secrest. The knowledge that he has regarding the Audi is second to none. We have purchased luxury cars for many years and have never had a sevice man as good as he is. We would purchase another car at this dealership because of him to continue our service with him.

What a terrific experience! Lease was up on my 2007 A4. Did I want to lease new? Buy used? Or buy out my existing lease? Brad Burnham walked, drove and laughed me through an entire range of options. We test drove. We compared. We talked. We emailed. If there's a 6-star award for service Brad should get it! Maybe 7 stars. He listened so well and when I came to the conclusion that I adore my '07 6-speed manual Brad brought the deal in at a monthly payment quite below what I was anticipating. He also did not hesitate to recommend the extra expense of pre-certification because he really took the time and interest to understand me and what would be best for me as a person. The extra care and attention I felt I received from Brad, and Tyler Secrest in the Service Department, give me an enviable level of confidence that I made the exact right decision and got the very best deal for me as a single woman and a true Audi lover. My car was sparkling and felt "new" after the 300 point check. I have also had my car serviced at Audi North Scottsdale for the past two years so I can whole-heartedly recommend the dealership across the board. Thanks Brad! Man I love this car!

I would definitely recommend Tyler Secrest @ Audi North Scottsdale for BEST customer service. Although I normally schedule my routine maintenance, I will sometimes have an "emergency" situation that comes up during the weekend, requiring an immediate Monday appointment. Tyler somehow still gets my Audi serviced, even on the busiest Monday :) Thanks so much Tyler (and team) for a great job each time!

Ty is the man. My partner and I fight over who gets to take the TT in for service because Ty is so pleasant and takes such good care of us. He remembers our names and really goes the extra mile to make sure that we feel like valued customers. As long as Ty is there, my partner and I will keep getting Audis.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
As a Canadian snowbird, I travelled to Phoenix and had some car trouble on the way. I had repairs done in Boseman Montana and on the way from Boseman to Phoenix, I had another issue. I phoned for an appointment which was accomodated the very next morning and the car was taken in immediately to see whether it was something I could just wait at the dealer for but it was going to take a couple of hours. I asked if I could get a shuttle to the Fashion Square Mall, but Tyler offered a loaner vehicle which I gratefully accepted. The car was repaired quickly and efficiently, and before I got in the door of the dealership, The car was repaired and I was on my way. I must say I was greatly impressed with the service over the Canadian service I have been accustomed to.

I have owned plenty of cars in the past where dealerships and service advisors really dont care who you are. Anytime I need anything for my audi, Tyler is always there to help out with any situation let alone remembers you by name. That to me shows amazing service! If anyone ever needs service for their audi I would tell you to go to Tyler hands down. One of the best service advisors I have ever had!
