I wasn't even planning on buying a new car ,but Ulysses was so great working with my niece that I ended up buying a new 2012 Kia Forte ..He made two sales in just a matter of a few hours ..He listened to what we were saying and wanted .He was very helpful ..I have dealt with a few salesmen before and would get to the point that I would walk out , but not with Ulysses..He was very patient and true to his word . my niece and I both were very impressed with him .He is one of the best salesmen that you could deal with ..I hope he is still there when I decide to buy another new car .
We would highly recommend him to everyone ...

I bought a 2011 Kia Soul at Rivergate Kia on Saturday. My salesman, Ulysses Butler was very friendly and nice to work with. He went over everything with me and told me to come back or call anytime I have any questions. I went to two other dealerships and walked all around and not one person came to see if I needed help! As soon as I got out of my car at Kia Ulysses came over to see if I needed help. Very nice dealership.

My Review of Carnival Kia of Rivergate:
Mr. Butler was very professional. He did not pressure us and was very patient and willing to help with any question or concern we had. He expressed to us that he loved being a car salesman and his love for the job was shown in his actions. It has been several years since we purchased a car. I was thinking it was going to be a trying experience, but it was a far better experience than I could have imagined. I know it was because of Mr. Butler's attitude.

My Review of Carnival Kia of Rivergate:
Ulysses called me about a used SUV that had just come in. I went in to drive it. I like the vehicle but because it was used, it
did not have the 10 year warranty that I wanted. But Ulysses did not give up. He took me to the extra lot that you have to show me a new one that he thought I would like. It was not there but the one I finally bought was there. I really like it. Ulysses was great to work with. He is a real asset to your dealership. He just doesn't give up. The price was more than I really want to pay and I think my friends think I could have gotten a better price with better negotiating skills. But all in all, I have a very good experience and I would recommend your dealership.
