My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
From the time I entered my credit application until the time I purchased my car, Valerie did everything she could to help me. She kept in contact with me for quite some time, but she wasn't overbearing or overwhelming like a lot of those car places. Everyone at the location was friendly and did everything they could to help me get exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Shawnee Mission Kia. I actually referred my friend to Valerie, too, and he ended up getting a great deal, too!

My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
I had the easiest car buying experience ever! I had a vehicle that I paid off and still loved, however, I needed more space for my expanding family. I decided I would stop in to Shawnee Mission Kia to look into trading in my vehicle. This was completely unplanned and I had no intention of buying a car that day. I met with Valerie and explained to her what I was wanting to do. She helped me go step-by-step through the car buying process and she made it so much fun and so easy. She listened to what I was wanting to accomadate my family and found me the car of my dreams that fit my budget. Everything was perfect about the car and most importantly it fit my budget. Next thing you know I was driving off the lot in my new car and it hit me, "I just bought a car!" What I thought was going to be a stressful experience that I was dreading taking care of actually turned out to be the opposite. I would definitely recommend Shawnee Mission Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle and make sure you ask to work with Valeire.

My Review of Shawnee Mission Kia:
My experience in trading in my car for a newer, used car could not have gone better.
Valerie, my sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and took into consideration everything I said. She was extremely polite and was never pushy in any way. Jin, I believe was the "pre"-finace person, was helpful in getting my approval done quickly and with ease. Bobby, the finance person, was very good to answer all my questions and take me through the paperwork portion without any problems. The one thing I must say was truly the best part of buying from the Shawnee Mission Used Cars was the office was open, everyone was very polite. I have previously, at another dealership, been stuck back in an office for hours while my sales person kept coming back and asking if there was any more I could put down or pay per month. Here, at Shawnee Mission, they listened, took the information I provided and were able to come up with a car and financing that worked for my budget.....the first time around! Thanks so much for such a perfect experience!!! I will definately, highly recommend!

They have worked with me even though I am not the easiest person to deal with. Everyone met my expectations and have continued to demonstrate why they are the number one customer rated dealership. Valerie was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me in getting into the car I wanted. Bobby, Chris, and John were of tremendous help when trying to get to the price needed in order to meet my budget. I do not know how else to express my gratitude to these individuals, but I just want them to know, I look forward working with them for my future Kia purchase.
