Our recent purchase was the third new vehicle from this dealership, our second from the same sales associate and general manager...Lynn Hancock and Jerry Warfield both of whom are great individuals to deal with. The overall purchasing experience was no hassel with both doing whatever was necessary to secure the vehicle we wanted even during the Christmas-New Years holiday time. All of our Volvo's have been serviced at Paul Moak and our dealings with Val and Rick have been equally as good, I have never met any of the mechanics but from our 15 years of work performed at Paul Moak, I can only recall one time that a repair had to be returned and it was immediately taken care of.

We had several problems with our new xc60. We had several big time repairs and they were all handled very well. Following the latest repair I requested a new car because this obviously was not up to volvo standards. They were very responsive and helpful and we were able to swap out for a new xc90. This involved a fair amount of extra money for the upgrade and we were very pleased with the outcome. I was very pleased with their "going to bat" for us and final outcome. I would highly recommend Paul-Moak for any new or used car needs. Thank you for your help.

My experience with Paul Moak Volvo was great. They checked everything on my car I asked, and also looked over other potential problems. I also appreciate them getting a loner car for me since I live 2 hous away. It helps me to get alot accomplished while I am waiting on my car. Thank you for all your help.

This is a great dealership. The service department & it's employees give great service. They are friendly and make the servicing of a vehicle an enjoyable process. They want you to be satisfied and happy. Val takes the time with each and every customer to ensure happiness with the service.

I always have a great experience at Paul Moak Volvo. Val and Michael are always pleasant, thoroughly explain what is being done to the car and why and always provide me with options. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo.

The intial contact we had with the dealership was with Jerry Warfield and he has been a great help to us in our purchase of three Volvos since 1990. We have found the service to be done well and correctly. Our only complaint was with the transmission breakdown on our S80. We were out of town when we noticed the transmission was acting incorrectly and we called the dealership immemdiately and they told us to continue our trip. When we returned they said the transmission was just out of warranty mileage and that we would have to pay $1000 on the new one.

On our first Volvo there was a time when we had to have the power steering pump replaced and the mechanic had to remove the radiator hose to reach the pump. He did not secure the hose back when he finished and while I was on the interstate going home steam starting pouring out. The other drivers allowed me to pull into the median and I discovered the problem. After waiting thirty minutes for the traffic to thin out, I drove to the nearest service station and bought a screwdriver and tightened up the hose. However it was too late and the radiator had cracked. The dealership replaced the radiator.

The S80 that we bought from the dealership was a leased one that had been returned. I read in the owner's manual about the headrests being retractable and assumed that was the case with the car. However after purchasing the car, I discovered that the retractable headrests were not available at the time the car was manufactured. When I complained to the dealer, I was informed that they had a similar car in their inventory (Dealer's wife executive car) which was equipped exactly like ours (even to color) plus the retractable headrests--however I would have to pay $6000 more for it. It was a too big a pill to swallow--so we kept the one we had purchased but I never was pleased with their action in the matter (nor was I happly with Volvo having published a owner's manual with the headrest being shown as standard when it was not).

Great Service! Prices are higher than other local companies but work is done quickly. I always know that they will do it right! They got me in at a time that was convenient for me and called to confirm that I wanted to the work done prior to completing it. Very friendly!

I purchased my car at Paul Moak 10 years ago and have always had a wonderful service experience with them. Val and Michael are always so very helpful and friendly, they call me by name when I walk in and that is always a good thing when you are not just another number. I have recommended Paul Moak and particularly Volvo to may people over the years and would purchase another one (if I had the money)!!

paul moak volvo is a good dealership with experienced employees. i feel my review is honest and is a good one. the ony downfall is the cost of service; none the less, i presume it is that way with all dealerships. i definitely like the fact that volvo is trying to assist their customers by providing monthly discount pamphlets. WAY TO GO, VOLVO !!! GOINS
