My experience was great, everyone was pleasant and professional, Veronica made my car dealership experience, (which I usually loathe) a great experience, she did not pressure me at all and was very friendly and easygoing, something that more salespeople should be. I highly recommend buying your used certified Honda at this dealership. Dave was extremely helpful, patient, and informative. He let my girlfriend test drive a couple cars until we found the perfect accord that fit our budget. I had bought a certified Honda in 2012 from Dave , and I didn't want to buy anywhere else. Easiest car buying experience. Thanks again Dave m and Veronica for setting up the appointment.

Set up an appointment over phone with Veronica to look at an Accord LX on Saturday. She showed us the car, we didn't like it so she found us another to try. We test drove the Accord and somehow ended up test driving and buying a 2010 Honda CR-V. There was no pressure or game playing. We got a good price on a certified car. Gerry Bruno helped out with the paperwork and was very informative and helpful. The dealership has a nice atmosphere. We kept waiting for some "hidden costs" and they never appeared. Our son will be driving next year and we will go straight to Academy Honda. 5 STAR!!! Dealership. Thank you, we love our CRV.

Friendly and straightforward, little pressure. I did not expect to buy a car the day I came, but I drove away with a beautiful Subaru and so far I am very happy.

Joe is the best! I went into Academy Honda on a Saturday to look at a 2010 Honda CR-V and happily drove out with the 2010 Honda CR-V the same day! Joe was more than fair in dealing with me and being honest about the 2010 Honda CR-V. Thank you Joe for not only making my overall experience at Academy Honda a smooth transaction but working with me to get the vehicle that I now driving and love. Pete the Pre-Owned Car Sales Manager and Terry the Finance Manager all deserve 5 stars as well. I picked this dealer ship based on this website, after I did my homework... It was so true, DCH Honda was truly the best experiance I had buying a used car. I never felt pressured or scammed like I did at other dealerships. Veronica worked with me over the phone and on the web and Gerry worked with us when we got there. They are very honest and worked with our needs. Not cut throat for a sale, everyone worked together and answered our questions even if they were not our sales person. It was alittle out of our way but worth the extra drive to get there. They beat all other Honda dealer prices and made this experiance fun for our family. Dont waste your time just go to DCH Academy Honda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After having visited over 8 to 9 high volume / award 'winner' / so called low price dealerships - the buying experience at this dealership is such a welcome relief.

We purchased a certified 2010 CRV from these folks which was priced very right to begin with. There were so many distinctive factors which did deliver customer happiness as promised in their motto..

a) Right price : Vehicle was priced very competitively to begin with - you could not find anything else, on autos.yahoo.com, cars.com, which was significantly cheaper..

b) Sales Team: Sammy Lucas and Veronica ... folks who listen to you before selling you what they want. No other dealer began their sales pitch by presenting us the form asking about what matters to us. Right from the beginning Sammy kept us at ease and managed the the entire sales process with great reassurance. Sammy is very Personable, Patient, Very Friendly, Very Reasonable to deal with and Highly Recommended Sales guy. If you are in the dealership - say hi to him and I am sure you would end-up choosing him to be your sales person.


c) No hidden surprises: We called up in advance to inquire about the fees that they charge - and they surprisingly lived up to what they said on the phone - no surprise fees

d) Purchase Memo - I have not seen a purchase memo so clearly laid out and not containing any surprise fees and charges.. anywhere else.

e) Finance Team - was very prompt friendly and helpful.


Overall great to find someone like DCH honestly trying to deliver value. They are for the keeps - and I am gonna be out recommending DCH dealership, and Sammy to all my friends and family. Way to go guys! Shine on!
