Victor Ramos at Cerritos Ford Lincoln

My experience at Cerritos Ford Lincoln dealership has changed my feeling about automobile dealership's. I feel very fortunate to have had a salesman (Victor Ramos) who represented the dealership in a professional manner. Mr. Ramos made me feel welcomed and that I was not going to be a victim of sales pressure. I cannot say enough about Mr. Victor Ramos demeanor, he answered every question we had and was more than willing to show us any vehicle we wanted. I have all ready recommended your dealership and Mr. Ramos to friends of ours that are looking for a car. Again thank you.

I really enjoyed my time here at Cerritos Ford. Victor Ramos helped me find the perfect car I wanted, as well as explaining everything in detail regarding the price and features of the vehicle. Not to mention that all the paperwork went very smooth and relaxing. His great knowledge and service led me to do a great decision in buying the new 2013 Ford Focus Sedan. At the end of the day, I drove home in my new Ford Focus with a big smile and of course Completely Satisfied in how victor assisted me. For anyone else that is interested in buying vehicle, Cerritos Ford is the place to go.

We went to Cerritos Ford after having a terrible experience with a Honda dealer in the area. From the moment we stepped on the lot and we were greeted buy Victor, it was totally different. He was friendly and helpful, and most importantly listened when we explained what we wanted. David was the same. We could not have asked for a better group of people to help us. Between Victor, David, John and Ken,they all went out of their way, explaining everything as we went along, answering all of our questions and concerns. Never did we feel as if anyone was trying to sell us anything we didn't want. They put the customer first. I would tell anyone looking for a car, new or pre-owned, go to Cerritos Ford. Your search will end there!

Victor was professional, fair diligent and well organized. In the time that we worked looking for a car, he was patient and listened to my concerns and needs and helped me find a wonderful car. I have a friend who may be looking for a car soon, and I will personally bring him to the dealership to work with Victor.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice. Victor Ramos was especially helpful, and not like a typical pushy salesperson. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns as a first time car buyer. I visited this location twice before I made my decision, and I have to say that the selection was much better than I had seen at some other, even more local dealerships. I ended up finding a great deal on a slightly used 2010 Ford Escape, and had all the specifications that I wanted. Even after my purchase Victor was great at following up to make sure that I was happy with my new car. I had a small crack in the windshield and everyone I spoke to at the dealership was extremely helpful and willing to take care of it. Overall I had a fantastic experience, and it was completely stress free. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to find a great car and wants to do so while working with a caring and easygoing staff.
