Victor Reynoso at Elk Grove Toyota - Elk Grove CA

I bought my Toyota in 2006 from Elk Grove Toyota. I put a lot of commute miles on it, now up to 210,000, so it is important to keep it maitained. From the very first visit to present, I am continually impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness and stremlined processes in all departments. Victor Reynosa, Service Manager, has been my guy from the beginning. He is always very up front and imformative about any repairs to be done and contacts me immediately if something else comes up during routine service. I live an hour away and have a Toyota dealership by my house and I still choose Elk Grove Toyota. And did you know they have affordable Toyota rent-a-car? I treat the family to a new Sequoia every year for our family reunion trip while my car gets serviced. I always receive excellent customer service @ EG Toyota. They are very good at troubleshooting the problem and completing the repair efficiently and effectively. Victor Reynoso is an awesome service advisor. He keeps me in the loop with status and advises me of any future services required. He also takes the time to explain it to me in a way that I understand, since I don't know a lot about cars.

I have been nothing but pleased with the customer service I have received at Elk Grove Toyota. I purchased my 4Runner brand new in 1997 from Florin Road Toyota and was very nervous when they closed but was pleasantly surprised to see that some of the same great people from there were now at Elk Grove Toyota especially Victor Reynoso. Victor has always been up front, fair and willing to work with me whenever I needd my truck serviced. I continue to come to him to this day because I trust and respect him and to me that is the most important quality. My truck has not been serviced anywhere else even when I lived in San Jose I would come all the way back here to have it serviced because of the great service I receive. Thank you very much!

Customer service was great. The employees I encountered were friendly and helpful.
The car was ready and clean when I came to pick it up.
I would encourage my friends to be sure to check out Elk Grove Toyoto before they make a final decision on the purchase of a car.
