My Review of Flemington BMW:
Ed Kiley was extremely helpful, i told him exactly what i was looking for the color, extras etc. and he located the car had it delivered to the lot and they kept for about a month until the least was up on my other car. This is my first BMW, i love it!!! Also Victor Velez was very helpful i live near the dealership and went down there a couple of times and Victor took me out to test drive the car. On the day i took delvery he was very patient and showed me everything about the car and some things he had to show me several times. In fact i couldn't remember a couple of things and drove back to the dealership and had him show me again. I could not figure out how to set the garage door opener and Victor offered to come to my home and set it for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership, Ed Kiley and Victor Velez

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I had a very positive experience at Flemington BMW on a recent trade-in and lease. It all started with the service department and the very good loaner vehicle program which allowed me 48 hours with a car that helped me make decision as to what vehicle I wanted next. Then the client service team who helped me turn that idea into a reality customized to my particular wants and needs. People make the difference and in this case Victor Velez in particular turned out to be everything you can ask for in a sales person. He took the time in the beginning to understand my situation and relate to my needs. He moved with speed and agility, displayed candor and transparency every step of the way, had a professional and friendly disposition, was incredibly thorough, executed with excellence and followed up accordingly. The dealership had a team approach to me as a customer as they were all in tune with my situation, and it was clear investing in a long term relationship was more important then the individual transaction. All in all it was a terrific experience.

Victor was a great person to work with. I showed up late in the afternoon on a pouring rain day. Explained what I wanted, he immediately helped me narrow it down to a couple cars, and then he walked me through the features of each, without any pressure on selling one over the other. He also got me a great price on my trade-in. Victor and the business manager were a true pleasure to work with and I highly recomend Victor and Flemington BMW.

I've bought a lot of cars, new and used, but this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Victor was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, even driving to my house to drop off my plates when they came in, and another time to pick up a 2nd set of wheels I had for my trade-in, so I wouldn't have to make the trips myself. A++ experience with the Flemington BMW team.

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I was looking for a new or slightly used X5. Given some other recent car buying experiences, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and courtesy extended by the team at Flemington. It started with a straight forward, honest and candid interaction with Cindy via the internet - she provided some options based on what I was looking for and a range on my trade in.

I came down, and was introduced to Victor. He did a great job on getting me into a new x5 on the floor, worked with me to get a decent price on my trade and was thorough in exploring my lease/buy decision.

Despite the dealer computers crashing late on month-end Monday (they were busy!), the staff was understanding and managed to get the paper work completed in short order and the next day, Victor came to deliver my car and things have worked out fine. They really know the cars well and Victor also spent almost an hour acquainting me with all the technology and gadgets in the vehicle, saving me time later on.

Given the range of BMW options we have in NJ, I would highly recommend going to Flemington. In my experince, they listened and assessed what my needs were, and helped me get there.

Very good service. The seller (Victor) did listen to what I want and didn't try to sell me something else which is a plus. Even after I ordered one, the seller called me for a test drive in a similar unit that arrived to the store. These are just a couple of examples that made the experience better. I hightly recommend this dealer.

Great service! I drove an hour away and past 3 other BMW dealers to deal with Flemington. They were recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed!

Victor Velez was professional and very respectful. Had a personal touch to the transaction. I was very happy working with him. He was responsive to my questions. I would purchase here again.

My only regret is living far enough away I can't use them for my routine maintenance but will drive for anything major.

I am super happy!

My Review of Flemington BMW:
I have always been uncomfortable walking in a car showroom. I have at times walked in and walked right out. This was not the case. Your showroom was beautiful and there were no sales people hanging out at the front door smoking and waiting there for there next victim. I walked in and was allowed to roam without being overwhelmed by sales people. I was greeted by your salesman Victor Velez and actually allowed to take the time and explain what my families needs were. He actually listened to me!!! This is rare as some sales people do not. We discussed at length coming out of a SUV and moving into a sedan was a big step for us. We were not sure if a sedan would work because we are a family of four and a dog and none stop running around. I was given the chance to look at a couple of models to compare and determined which one was best for us. Without any hesitation Victor said let's take the car out for a test ride. The test ride was an excellent experience as Victor explained everything in the car as I was using all the systems. I was not rushed at all. We came back to the showroom and was allowed time to discuss with each other the decision to purchase. Victor really took his time and made our buying experience an enjoyable one. Flemington BMW and Victor I would recommend to anyone.
