My Review of Carnival Kia of Rivergate:
My daughter (who resides in NC) recently lost her father (who resided in WI) and we traveled to WI to be with her and help her through the ordeal. After which we returned to our home in Nashville, bringing her with us. While we were in WI we took her to a KIA Dealer there to inquire about purchasing a new car, that was a complete disaster as they were not the most pleasant people to try to work with. I had a business card with me that had been given to me at the Rivergate KIA when there to have the oil change in my car, the name on the card was Virgil Avery (highly recommend to me). We took that card and telephoned him from WI, told him of the situation (the desperate need for a new, safer car for my daughter), what she was looking for and what she would be able to afford to pay for it as she didn't want to do financing. Virgil went above and beyond and found a vehicle for her for a price she could afford. Virgil and the entire staff were more that just salesman and employee's, they treated us all like family. Their support and concern for her at this difficult time was amazing and everything they did for her to help her purchase this car was outstanding. I knew from past experiences what a great dealership KIA Rivergate was, but I never anticipated this type of service. They give customer service a whole new meaning. I can't thank Virgil Avery and the entire staff of KIA Rivergate enough. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car, the brand name KIA stands for it's self as it is a top performing vehicle, but the customer service is like none other! I myself will always do my business with KIA of Rivergate! Thank you for everything, you made a young girl extremely happy and given this mother great comfort in knowing her daughter is in a safer car, a 2012 KIA Forte.
