I was very happy with the knowledge Wade Fessler had on the Ford products. He made the deal go smooth and also gave me information on paint, upholstery, and rust protection that was very useful. I also wanted to give some credit to Brad Rodish with helping me with the financing. He also gave me options on exteneded warranties and taylored them to my needs, that I added. Last but not least J.P. Richardson did a fantastic job with going over how my new Ford pick up options work. The Charles Gabus Ford team did a great job on my new pick up purchase!

John and I came to Des Moines to look at what was available for new cars in the kind I wanted. Little did we know that we would go ahead and buy one that day. We were very pleased with Wade's no pressure approach to his sale. He was very good at explaining the whole process. We were tickled to death at being able to test drive this vehicle, and then go ahead and purchase it the same afternoon. It was wonderful. I am a 70 year old woman and have never purchased a car on my own before. I was very apprehensive about doing do. The pastor of my church bought a new Fusion and was very happy with Mr. Fesler @ Charles Gabus Ford and gave me his name. So I made an appointment with Mr. Fesler who was very patient and kind and answered all my questions without making me feel ignorant. And he gave me time to make decisions with no pressure. In addition, the person who handled the financial aspect was great as was the man who helped me to get acquainted with the car. Upon visiting the service area, those people were kind also.
All of the above reasons are factors in why I gave great ratings on all of the above questions. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Another factor which made Charles Gabus Ford attractive to me was the fact that oil changes are free for the life of the car. And that means a lot to me.
